Requested estimate online, no one ever contacted me. I reached out via telephone, appointment was made. Long story short, never showed or called regarding appointment after I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. Not a company I am willing to do business with.

We needed to replace our roof and our insurance agent gave us some names. I asked around and Ryman seemed to be a good choice. Called and Ed came the next day with estimates and thoroughly explained the differences in materials. It did take a bit to get a time due to the recent rains and storms but when they got here they worked hard and quickly. All of the workers were extremely professional and polite. They explained what they were doing and why. Definitely recommend this company.

Do Not Use This Company!!! My mom used them for a partial roof repair and they had to come out 7 different times to correct it and still never got it right.The roof leaks next to the area repaired but they say it is a new spot and not related, yet it never leaked until they came. My mom is an elderly widow and I feel has been taken advantage of. The owner says they fired the main guy for poor work and have had to do many of his jobs over but this is unacceptable and they refuse to make it right.
Stay away unless you have money and time to throw away.

Total professionals..they gave a great quote, let me know that I qualified for special financing though the PACE program. They showed up when they said they would. The workers were professional, polite and took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. My new roof and gutters look fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased!

I would highly recommend this company for roofing services. My roof was in need of being re-done & Ryman Roofing sent someone out to give an estimate. Everything was explained in great detail & their price was reasonable....roofs are indeed a long-term investment. On the day the roof was to be installed, they laid out a tarp on the back patio - to prevent debris from getting into the pool. I was very pleased with the end result & the clean-up afterwards:). Shingle roof installed in 2 days! Very professional & reliable company....

Following is a copy of my experience to the BBB.

Consumer's Original Complaint :
Windows were installed on 4-14-15 and over a period of 4 months I have repeatedly been ignored with concerns regarding the product and installation.


On 4-18-15 called B.D. he told me he would come and finish the window installation, which included replacing some of the siding. Said he would be there after 3pm. Never showed up and no one called to explain.s

On 4-23-15 I called A.C. to fix a window that was not working properly. He came and could not fix it. He said B.D. would be here first thing in the morning 24th) to repair the problem. He did not show up at all that day and no one had the decency to call and tell me why.

I called A.C. on the 24th to tell him B.D. did not show up, and did not reply to the voicemail I left. I still had a broken window. I left this on voicemail also. Neither of these men returned my calls and I had to seal the window with boards and plastic. Leaving it unlocked and us vulnerable. By 5pm the next day neither call had been returned.

4-27 Called Ryman office and asked to speak to Mr Ryman. I was told he would call back. He never did, instead he had A.C. call. A.C. apologized and said B.D. would be out to fix the now 2 broken windows. Instead they sent a young man that could not fix the windows and in his attempts ripped the window screen. Mr. D. arrived at 5:30 and fixed both windows and said he would take the screen to be fixed and would bring it back on 4-28 to reinstall it. He also found 2 windows with bent lift rails and said they were under warranty and would order new sashes and would install them in about 2 weeks.

May 1st called B.D. about my screen that still had not been returned when it had been promised for the 28th of April.

He came the next day with the screen, told me he would repair the damaged siding and the 2 window sashes had been ordered for install in ""about"" 2 weeks.

May 24th, 5 weeks after the original install and I have heard nothing further from Ryman Construction concerning either the siding or the damaged window issue.

June 9th. At this point a few days short of 2 months since the install, work remains unfinished. There has been no contact from Ryman Construction since May 2nd.

At this point I had given up and repaired the siding myself and the windows will have to be used as is.

Now it is August 5th and I discovered a window screen that had not been screened properly and needed to be worked on. I called the office, was transferred to Mr. A.C. and again left a voice mail. This is the 4th working day since that call and it has, as usual not been returned.
Again I had to make the repair myself.

This is apparently a company that is more than willing to take your money, but once they have it, it will be aggravating and time consuming trying to work with them.

Ryman is a local company and I expected better.

The estimator arrived at appointment as schedules and surveyed the roof for issues. The estimate was reasonable. The work crew arrived and did an excellent job and went over and above what was in the estimate. My experience with Ryman Roofing was superior. Highly recommended.
