Our mission is to ensure our clients experience a sense of heroism. We know that having work done on your home can be quite stressful. This is the reason we act with transparency, exhibit kindness, and highlight our proficiency. We strive to lift the weight of home repairs off your shoulders!

In 1976, Roy Rutledge established Rutledge & Son’s. Roy specialized in carpentry and roofing. He collaborated with various builders and even constructed homes for some Dallas Cowboys players in Lake Dallas. After Roy's passing, his son George took over the business, continuing the family legacy as a roofer. Since George became the owner, Rutledge & Son’s has dedicated itself to roofing. Up to now, we’ve supported countless homeowners through our storm restoration team and have mirrored that success in our new construction sector. Rutledge & Son’s actively engages with the McKinney, TX community, hosting quarterly fundraisers for charitable causes.

George’s roofing career started in his youth, spending summer breaks working alongside his father and older brother. He found joy in the industry just by being around his two role models.

George has two children, Rylee and Waylon, whom he cherishes. His passion for baseball leads him to teach his children the game and take them to see the Frisco Rough Riders play.

George is an active participant at Elevate Life Church and takes part in the WATCH DOGS program at his children’s school.

Born and raised in McKinney, TX, George continues to call it home.
