Everything went well, work was completed quickly and with great quality. Price was reasonable, never tried to pump us for extra work. He did what was necessary which was very much appreciated!

Sadly, I never got to work with them - just unreliable. I had the guy come to my place to do a quote. He came and insisted I need plans first before he will provide any estimate - was not willing to provide even a ballpark. So then I got plans drawn up and called/text and did not get a response. And finally I got my permit approved and text the mobile number - figured I will try again since it was a referral. Didn't get a response.

Couple of days later, I get a rude long text back from one of the owners that I should call their landline phone number another day and leave a message. I only got this response AFTER I texted again and mentioned a Yelp post was about to be made for no response.

Are you kidding me?! I already called you a thousand times. How about YOU pick up the phone and CALL me back.

I must admit I never used their services, but today a driver of one of their trucks pulled a road rage incident on us. He was driving erratically on Pacific Coast Hwy, smoking something in a pipe, then threw his very full drink at our car. When we came to a stop, he started yelling at us, perhaps because I took his picture, and he didn't appreciate it. We did not engage him. The guy was clearly unstable. If this is the type of person this company employs *BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU LET INTO YOUR HOME*

Rudy, Alma, and their team are more than amazing! Alma was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful when we were picking tile for our shower. She was able to describe differences in quality when the team at floor and décor couldn't! tell me a thing!

We went with Rudy's construction because we felt comfortable and understood exactly what we were going to get as a finished product. The team of guys working were prompt, respectful, and communicated with us. They even recommended we make our niche a little bigger to ensure our shampoo fit. I was not thinking about that and would have been disappointed if the cut out was just for looks.

They went above and beyond! I could not recommend this team enough!! We will be returning customers for sure!

Our kitchen cabinets came to life after their painting and refurbishment. Quality work, and especially appreciate their clean process. Very fair price. Will use them for other rehab/new construction. Plus, Alma is an excellent communicator, a plus with a general contractor.

My wife and I wanted to personally Thank ALL of Rudy's Construction team and staff members for a wonderful job they did on completing our master bathroom shower remodel project. From the start, Rudy and Alma (his office manager) were fantastic providing us their most professional ideas in designing our shower remodel. Rudy's attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and during construction all of his team members were organized, respectful, honest, professional and just was a good experience. Also, we appreciate their diligence on completing the job in a timely matter since this was a major remodel to our master bathroom area. We would highly recommend Rudy's Construction for any of your house needs and we look forward on using them again for future house projects. Attached are some finished pictures. Our family owns many properties, both personal and rentals, throughout San Pedro and Long Beach, and we have been relieved to have found Rudy's Construction. Typically, when managing properties on the scale we do, it is hard to find companies that are consistent. They start strong, do great on one job, but when you need them repeatedly they falter, are hard to reach, in some cases do not even bill you and you are chasing them to pay! Not Rudy's, they have it covered all around. They make our work feel important, keep in consistent contact with us and we do not have to wonder about billing questions. The work has been excellent, and they do it all. Plumbing, electric, paint, there is no end to the jobs we use them for and we never have reason to hesitate to have them do any job, including jobs that others claimed could not be done in the manner we wanted. In addition, they are always timely in arrival and finish the job in remarkably good speed. We fully intend to keep using Rudy's in the future, heaven knows we have the work!

Rudy, his crew and staff are amazing; very responsive, reliable and fairly priced. Rudy's worked on a remodel before I moved into my home and we had them back out to replace a sliding door and window. I'll use them again for my next project!

My husband and I were both happy with the work Rudy and his crew did for our home. We had several estimates to replace our old roof, and between Rudy's estimate and his efficient, friendly and patient office help (his daughter, Alma, and Maribel), we decided to go with Rudy's Construction.
I can't praise them enough for our beautiful roof and the opportunity to see such hard workers, expertise and professionalism. ( on time, cleaned up after, zero wasted minutes). I especially loved how well they worked together. We could hear them talking and even laughing, while enjoying their hard work......and it was very hard work! They all got along and treated each other with respect, and most important, they got the work done! To me, that reflects back to their boss, Rudy.
Our daughter and son-in-law had work done by Rudy's and they were very pleased.
We referred Rudy's to our neighbors, who were pleased with their roof repair.
Now, we have decided to call on them again, to put a Urethane Epoxy Paint on our front and back porches. ( a long, overdo, needed job). We are confident they will do another awesome job for us.
Thank You Rudy and your fabulous hard working crew, and Thank You Alma and Maribel for coordinating e-mails, correspondence, suggestions and much patience in our decisions. ( No Pressure!)

Had an appointment with Rudy's Handyman Services about putting in a new storm door, and they never showed up or called. Would never recommend them to anyone.
