Our entire roof was replaced by RTS 10 months ago, after we had major hail damage. We met with 4 or 5 roofing companies before choosing RTS. Ed, the owner, is awesome. He gave me his honest opinion about which upgrades he felt was worth it and which weren't, in his opinion. We chose sure nail technology for its durability and high wind rating. We skipped the 3d caps, as most are on the backside of our house and would not make as much of an impact as it would on the front. His guys showed up on time, got the job done in 2 days and cleaned everything up afterwards. He even let me know when to have our solar company come to remove panels prior to and replace after. He always promptly returned calls. Our roof looks great. He gave me the paperwork needed for insurance too. We recommended him to our neighbor today, when they asked who did our roof. They also sustained some hail damage. That convo made me realize that I still hadn't yelped about our experience. If we ever need more roof work, we know who to call.

I needed a roofer to patch a few shingles that had been damaged by a tree that fell on the roof. I called several and left messages but didn't receive a timely call back. A coworker recommended Ed with RST Roofing. He promptly answered his phone and was able to bid my job within 4 hours. His prices are competitive and his work is top notch. Worked with Ed from RTS Roofing to repair my chimney which was completely rotten and in desperate need of repair. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, they exceeded my schedule and were very polite and professional on the job site. Two days later we received 6"" of rain in RR and had water leaking from the roof. Called Ed and within minutes he arrived to address the issue. Cause of leak was from warn out tar on one of my flutes. Ed repaired the area and also found some other spots on the roof that needed addressing. I would recommend RTS to everyone! I must have called 20 roofing and siding companies trying to replace 3 pieces of vinyl siding but nobody in Texas deals with vinyl anymore! Called on Ed to help sort out and repair some rather involved problems at a commercial rental property. That particular building has a membrane roof system and had multiple leaks. Ed inspected the existing conditions on the roof and identified the main source of the problem, which another commercial roofer had failed to correctly identify. Based on Ed's knowledge and his common sense description of the expected repairs, I felt he was qualified to do the work, and so I retained him for the job. On the appointed day, he showed up as promised with his crew and proceeded to complete the repairs on that day. He and his crew did a great job, cleaned-up and removed all surplus materials and debris, and left the property in good condition. His trouble shooting and repair approach were successful, which eliminated the roof leaks, and so my national tenant in the building is happy and so am I... I'd recommend Ed and intend to utilize his services again when the need arises.

We had an unusual leak around our chimney. Ed came and removed roofing, replaced flashing, replaced caps, put sealants, and it still did not correct the leak. Ed came back and tried different things and the third attempt he got it fixed. It was a head scratcher but he got it! I'd have him again no doubt about it. He doesn't quit till it's right.
This was two years ago and it's still great.

I was really concerned about what to do. The wind just tore a large chunk of our roof off 3 days before Christmas! Ed was over within a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and was back the NEXT DAY! performing the work. I am so happy with the work he did...I never felt scared, or worried he was ripping me off (I know Nothing about roofs) He really is a great guy with a great company who cares.
