RTI is easily one of the best companies I have ever hired for a job in Miami. When I say that their customer service is top notch, it's beyond that. I have never been so pleased with a company from start to finish. When I called for a quote, Don came out and was so pleasant and kind, straight shooter & honest with information. The ladies Maria & Sherry in the office doing the correspondence through email and phone was absolutely punctual and pleasant. Once the job commenced, I was in touch with Bob and Hector, whom were both kind gentlemen and beyond professional. Hector was constantly in touch with me on the next steps of the process of the job, he kept me informed every step of the way. Their roof crew were all extremely hard workers, respectful and on time. Fixed two leaks, still leaking. Contacted again, went back out. Told me they would call me back. Never contacted me back, wasted my money. Dont care about their customers. Bad!

Update. FYI--My previous roof lasted 15 years and the roof before that 20 years. Yes, sometimes a leak or two would happen & be repaired. My new roof is less than 6 years old & has had more leaks than all my previous roofs together! And we have also had hurricanes during those times. I am now thinking they didn't do such a good job!

Horrible service. I had to call 3 times to try and get an estimate. They told me a Mr. Don Green would call me and he never did. Very unprofessional. I finally gave up with this company on my last call after I told them I was a former customer and that they did my roof 12 years ago. So much for customer appreciation..

I am so glad I contacted RTI! I had 3 broken roof tiles and my homeowners insurance was demanding a get them replaced. I originally contacted another company, recommended by a family member. They gave me a quote on the telephone, which I approved and they said they would contact me to come do the repair. Almost 5 weeks later and numerous calls, I decided to find another company.

RTI was closed for lunch and I left a voicemail message. Within 30 minutes I received a call. I explained the situation and was told I would receive a formal quote via email. Surprisingly, their charge was $100 less cause the other company was going to charge me $100 to prepare the invoice for me to present to the insurance company.

Within a week the work was completed. The guys who came to my house were courteous and professional. The provided everything I needed for the insurance company and then, the company said I needed pictures. I had no idea how I was going to take the pictures. Today, the two gentlemen came back to my house and took the pictures. These days there are so many companies who don't place customer service as their main priority. Well, RTI is number 1 in customer service, in my book. I highly recommend them!
