Now I understand why so many bad reviews too about RTI Roofing.I thought I chose a reputable roofing company ""RTI roofing"" seeing the good reviews. I guess I'm the unlucky one. They really deceived me with my repair. I experienced so many lies between Domingo (worker) and Ivan (office). They sent a proposal to repair (with warranty) a leak Domingo found and I agreed. Look at the photo to see what they first intended to do, they were actually going to cover my gutter with repair material. Hard to believe, not very professional. I had to contact Ivan in the office telling him this is not acceptable. After repair was completed, Ivan called and wanted me to post a review...I said sure, after it rains and confirmed leak is repaired. It rained and still the exact same leak...When Domingo returned to repair the leak, he decided to do a water test this time and left. His boss called and refused to honor the warranty, stating Domingo found the real location of the leak...and offered to repair for more than four times the cost of first repair (which I already paid) refusing to honor warranty. Total scam., Not my lucky day. Really took me for an expensive ride.

RTI is easily one of the best companies I have ever hired for a job in Miami. When I say that their customer service is top notch, it's beyond that. I have never been so pleased with a company from start to finish. When I called for a quote, Don came out and was so pleasant and kind, straight shooter & honest with information. The ladies Maria & Sherry in the office doing the correspondence through email and phone was absolutely punctual and pleasant. Once the job commenced, I was in touch with Bob and Hector, whom were both kind gentlemen and beyond professional. Hector was constantly in touch with me on the next steps of the process of the job, he kept me informed every step of the way. Their roof crew were all extremely hard workers, respectful and on time. Thank you so much, RTI. It was truly a pleasure to have you all. We will absolutely be spreading the info about you all and recommending you to anyone needing roofing services. I was truly blown away by the kindness and professionalism. You can't go wrong with RTI !!!

Wonderful - hard working - honest roofers that do a five star job for a fair price. My home just received a new flat cement tile roof and I am very happy with the job - neat - tidy - outstanding job.

Fixed two leaks, still leaking. Contacted again, went back out. Told me they would call me back. Never contacted me back, wasted my money. Dont care about their customers. Bad!

Update. FYI--My previous roof lasted 15 years and the roof before that 20 years. Yes, sometimes a leak or two would happen & be repaired. My new roof is less than 6 years old & has had more leaks than all my previous roofs together! And we have also had hurricanes during those times. I am now thinking they didn't do such a good job!

Horrible service. I had to call 3 times to try and get an estimate. They told me a Mr. Don Green would call me and he never did. Very unprofessional. I finally gave up with this company on my last call after I told them I was a former customer and that they did my roof 12 years ago. So much for customer appreciation..
