Super experiences with RT Roofing. Customer service and support was excellent and Robert (owner/general manager) was on the spot for both of our repairs. First repair was during the heavy rains this year and he and his crew responded to our urgent leak, quickly assessed the situation, and rendered permanent repairs - all during rainy weather! Based on that experience, I asked RT to assess some ceiling areas that showed signs of leakage (brown/yellowing ceiling spots). Robert was back out again to thoroughly investigated and proposed a permanent solution and rendered repairs within a reasonable amount of time and cost. Rains came again, and no sign of water leakage! I highly recommend RT for your roofing needs. I would definitely hire RT again for repairs and/or for a new roof!

Had a bad experience with this company. I called RT Roofing to come out to my home to get an estimate on taking a solar water panel down and to repair the roof. They made an appointment for March 14, 2017 at 9:00 am. Then Robert calls me at 8:30 am and says he has to reschedule the appointment for March 21, 2017 at 9:00 am because he had some big job scheduled on the day. I called their office on March 20, 2017 and spoke to Stacy to confirm my appointment with them for the March 21, 2017 at 9:00 am. Stacy said it was a go and that they would be out to my home. I waited and they were a no show. They never called. I find this company and the people running it to be inconsiderate and rude. It appears they are only interested in the big jobs. Mind you, these are the very people who replaced the roof on my house back in 2008. In my opinion they do not take care of their customers. If I could rate their company, it would be a big zero.

Well, I originally wrote an excellent recommendation for Rt Roofing. It's been under a year since they did some ""patch work for us"". Now the flashing and tile are found laying on our grass near the house. I've left numerous messages. Now, their phone appears to have its answering machine turned off. Hmmmmmm........

Great job. Robert with RT Roofing did a thorough job, completely explained the whole process, and had his crew up to get the job done asap. I had called some other roofers but he was the only one that returned my call promptly and came out for the initial inspection. It is evident that Robert and his staff take pride in their work and want to do a job that will last a long time and be complete. His staff even did a repair on their own to re-attach some fascia board that had been placed incorrectly by another company years before. Very satisfied.

Robert came out and evaluated and quickly repaired our roof. There was a crack in a tile that was hard to see because it was hidden under the another tile. He replaced it and did some other small repairs at a fair price. Friendly and fair roofing service.

I feel so blessed to have found this skilled roofing company. After receiving three different bids from other roofing companies, and some hard sell estimates that were out of reach, I met with Robert and knew he would be the right man for the job. And he was! His crew got the entire roof done in one day and I couldn't be happier with the product and the services provided b this company. The communication was excellent throughout the project and they were such a pleasure to have here. The clean-up after the job was complete made my yard look better than before they began! Had a great experience working with RT Roofing. Their customer service team is excellent. I worked specifically with Julie, and she is extremely thorough with every detail. Robert and his team are very hard working to say the least! They effectively got the job done within the time frame they were given, used only high quality materials, and were professional and easy to work with.

I should also mention that they were on time or 5 minutes early to the job site each day, ate their lunches quietly, and left my roof/yard in the same, if not better, condition that it was in.

I am pleased with the impressive job they did. I highly recommend this roofing company.

Extremely responsive from getting an estimate, replacing the roof, to followup questions and final walk through. Robert and RT roofing came highly recommended by a friend and I'm glad I took their advice. The price was competitive with the 5 other estimates that I received, work was started and finished quickly and the communication throughout was very good. Robert even came back after the job was finished through heavy traffic to accommodate my work schedule to give a detailed walk through of the work that was done and provided pictures of the process throughout. He's a great guy and RT roofing was a pleasure to do business with. I'd recommend them to a friend. Those reviewers complaining about no show for estimates should understand that it was very difficult for me to get estimates from other companies during the winter/rainy season as well. FWIW, my roof was replaced in August with no delay.
