RT Roofing Specialist turned out to be the Best and at a reasonable price. What a relief after looking for months for a fair and competent contractor. Robert came out to our house and we found him to be very knowledgeable and more than experienced for the job due to his many, many years in business. His roofing wisdom was much appreciated and that seems to be harder to find nowadays. He seems to have seen it all through his career. Robert was very nice and easy to talk with. We were looking for a reroof, eliminating our 4 skylights and securing our chimney.

We received his proposal a few days after. It was very detailed including the materials to be used, what would be replaced and how the work would be done. Arial photos are included to actually get to see the problem areas. It's not like we can all climb up there and check it out... right? We were able to reuse our current tiles and we asked them to take out 4 skylights, so they roofed over that. They reattached a large copper piece, for the top of our chimney, that had fallen off years ago. Wow what a fantastic job they did. We gave them a heap of metal and they fixed it beautifully and installed it.

It took 4 guys 5 days to complete the project. I was impressed with their hard work and focus. They answered all my questions and communication seemed really good with everyone. They cleaned up daily and they seemed to follow safety guidelines. The contract includes a 10 year warranty.
They exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with their services and that they followed the contract that we both agreed upon.

RT just finished replacing my flat roof and I was very pleased with the results. They did an excellent job. The office was very good about communicating with me. Robert the owner came out in the rain to cover spots that were leaking before they were able to start the job. His crew were very respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. They covered landscaping that might be damaged. Once they were able to start the job they worked long hours every day to complete the job.

We recently had our concrete tile roof re-papered by RT Roofing. They were timely, professional, and competitive pricing. So far we are happy with the outcome. We also know they have done several other roofs in our neighborhood.

I had a confirmed appointment with Robert at 10am. When I called him at 10:30 to find out his estimated time of arrival he proceeded to tell me that he had a bad feeling he was missing an appt. Wait, what?

He might be a decent roofer but I can't work with people like that.

Hello Joe and sorry for the inconvenience today for not making it out today, plus I should have reached out to you this morning to save you the trip . But was also not aware that you were coming from another destination. Here at Rtroofing do are best to always communicate with any new possible clients when unexpected changes come about that may interfere with our appointments , but it can happen. Remember it's a free estimate and should be taken in to consideration if we fail to make it . So I am grateful to have not done business with you to avoid the headaches you may have been , so I truly try to avoid people like you .

Tried to call RT Roofing for some concerns on roof work done in 2017 that was warranted for 10 years and to have them assess roof for solar. Called several times and left messages but no call back on either issue. I've used RT Roofing on at least three separate occasions for many years but the service appears to have gone downhill and customer loyalty doesn't seem to be a concern; the warranty I have with them appears useless. I would not recommend RT Roofing.

You would not believe me if I told you the story. Looks like lawyers will be involved. California State Licensing Board is involved. 5 day job taking more like 30 days. Advise you use any other roofer than RT. A disaster.

WOW it is an excellent job! I have done many projects in my home and rentals. RT Roofing is professional, exceed their contract requirement, one contractor instead of many other contractors to follow up e.g. painting, gutter, etc., on-time and no dragging on for weeks, 5-6 people on the job and done within 2 days, clean after each day, price is reasonable compare to 5 other roofing companies.
Absolutely RT Roofing is on my first to call list and recommendation list to my friends.
