The project manager indicated that we would get a 30-day warranty and that the cost would be $600. Not only did we not get a 30-day warranty, but the cost was also over $1200. Horrible communication. I would much rather speak with the person doing the work. They did replace the shingles. At this point, not sure if it still leaks or not. Will never use them again

Guys show up in a beat-up white Mercedes blaring music at 7:00 in the morning, parking in fire lanes, and leaving litter all over the place for days. No response from the company or the General Contractor (Pacific Construction Analysts). See pictures for debris left overnight and some for a week. Professional company would clean up area daily. Unsecured discarded roofing materials are a safety and health hazard.

I am going to do everything possible to have my homeowners' association change roofing companies. RSI came to my house on three separate occasions and racked up more than $2000 in fees. Yet they did not repair my roof which still leaks. Thankfully it is voting season in our townhome community and we can vote out the board members that have neglected their fiduciary responsibilities to our association by having a contractor like RSI. In my instance, they did not get the job done while still charging me and my fellow homeowners premium rates.

I have used RSI for commercial roofing for many many years now and have always found them very professional. They replaced an office building roof about 10 years ago and then maintained it and it's never leaked. Last year they replaced 3 more commercial roofs and it was a very challenging job with many surprises, but they were a great team to work with.

Their crew was on time and worked real hard and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even finished the entire project before schedule. We were extremely happy with the top-notch complete re-roofing job done by RSI. We chose them over several other companies because of a neighbor's recommendation and the level of professionalism in their proposal and were not disappointed. The work and daily clean-up were meticulous. They were courteous, willing to answer questions and available quickly when we had concerns. Everyone involved was top-notch, from the supervisor to the cleanup crew. They did some minor repairs to a couple of ceiling areas damaged during the process, and did these quickly and graciously, even throwing in a little wall repair and painting that had been caused by a roof leak, not by them. First rate from start to finish.

These guys did a great job on our roof. Excellent customer service throughout. We were kept informed of the progress and they made us a great deal. The only reason they're getting 4/5 stars is because they didn't do a great job cleaning up after themselves- we are finding nails and pieces of roofing in our yard. I would definitely recommend them.

EDIT: They contacted me immediately and are sending someone out today to finish cleaning up the yard. Amazing all around!

I am a San Diego HOA manager and RSI is a fairly new vendor for our company but they have been amazing. Our regular vendor was starting to get booked up and less responsive, so we have used RSI for a few bids and so far one job, possibly going on a second. We now recommend them to our HOAs as a trusted vendor even just after one project because they really are responsive, attentive and provide quality service.
