Rocky, the owner, responded very quickly to provide an estimate and then scheduled the job as quickly as he could.

The job took a day shorter than originally quoted, the premise was cleaned daily and Rocky showed up to make sure the job was done efficiently.

They replaced the old roof w/a new one; chose Pabco Weathered White for its lighter color to hopefully reflect off sunlight more than a darker color.

I discovered & chose RSC as they were replacing other roofs on the street next to ours. Plus they had a high rating on Yelp. They also helped to have the costs partially covered by our home insurer due to a January windstorm that had affected a lot of homes in our area.

Azur did the estimate & Rocky & his crew replaced the roof. They also had their own plumber come in & remove our two solar panels; cleaned it & reinstalled it after the roofing job was done.

They also had discovered that the company that had initially installed our solar fan had cut a bigger whole than it should have been & replaced it w/a new board & cut it correctly for a small fee.

Cleanup was pretty good; as they even went over the grounds w/a magnet that picked up a lot of nails & roof staples.

Note - Rocky did offer to have one of his guys come back & go over the place again with their magnet but I opted to buy one from City Mill ($28), as I felt no one could do a better job at it than me (as a homeowner). I did find a few more nails/staples; but I was ok with that.

All in all, a good experience with this company.

Rocky responded immediately to online estimate request, showed up as scheduled and provided timely estimate. Sky lights were delayed due to covid supply chain backlog however Rocky communicated periodically to provide update. Installation expertly completed and only ask for payment after installation. His company is licensed and because roof work is so important I feel very comfortable with additional work
if needed.

Rocky and his crew replaced our den metal roof with a solid wood roof with shingles. This job took about 3 full days and it looks spectacular! They also put a protective layer on our main roof (single layer - non shingles) and the water runs right off like a polished car. Rocky himself took a look at our garage roof and our solar panels. He added coverings to the footing of the panels to ensure it was water proof. He gave recommendations and when we asked about other things, he said we didn't need it. He was also involved in some of the construction and he came to do a final assessment after the job was done to ensure quality workmanship. He is honest and his communication was great! He also stayed on budget and everything was timely. Thank you Rocky and the RSC crew!

Even in the pouring rain Rocky and his crew kept working. Of course when it got really bad they stopped. But the crew stayed until there was less rain and went up again. Rocky and crew are fast, clean and did a fantastic job on my roof. Rocky is quick to answer phone calls and texts as well. I had some broken cement tiles that needed to be replaced. Rocky found replacement tiles, fixed the roof, cleaned up the rubbish, all done efficiently and professionally. He even left me the extra roof tiles they did not use at no cost. Rocky has a great attitude and was a real pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Owner is fast to respond to request for quotes. He scheduled to come out the next day to take a look at the small leak in a bedroom ceiling. There is an attic above the bedroom, so he investigated there. For the roof, he didn't have a tall enough ladder at the time since the house is 2 stories high. He came back the next day to inspect the roof.

The same day he got other helpers on the roof to repair shingles and seal the leaks. It took about an hour for the repair. I'm not sure what the usual cost of roof repair would be, but it did seemed kind of high. We even paid in cash. Overall if you want fast response and repair, give RSC Roofing a try.
