I am in the process of selling my father's house as he recently passed away. RS roofing came out and replaced some shingles that had come off the workshop and did not charge me, however, they were the company that put the roof on a few years back. When the house was sold in September, and the inspection done, Richard and I communicated about a repair that needed to be done before we could close on the house. I asked him if he could send me an estimate and complete the repair no later than October 15th. He indicated that was possible and if we scheduled now, it would more than likely be the second week in October. I called him and texted him on Friday, October 9th and did not get a response. Today, I called him again and got no response and called his office. The woman who answered the phone said she would reach out to him. Richard did text me back and told me that RS Roofing would not be able to help me and that he had not even prepared an estimate! Perhaps I should have followed up before, however, he knew we were selling the house and he knew that the repair needed to be made. Now I am scrambling to find a roofer to make these repairs at the last minute. RS Roofing, you dropped the ball on this one!

Richard and Scott (and Jon) are absolutely the best!! They came out right when we called them to help cover up the damage, until they could fix it. And they did an amazing job with our roof to replace the old, wind damaged roof. They walked us through the insurance process and got us the best deal. Very professional, do the job quickly and spotless clean up. We highly suggest them to do roof repair or replace!!
