RRR Roofing recently replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. I can't say enough good things about the company, manager, and crew. Kevin, the project manager, came out quickly and responded with a fair and honest bid. He is honest and trustworthy, knowledgeable, dependable, provided excellent customer service and was very responsive to questions throughout the project. The install crew were amazing. They were friendly, professional, courteous, hard-working, skilled, efficient, and respectful of my property. Kevin was on-site every day to make sure the project was done correctly. My roof is very steep, so it was not an easy project, but they did a great job. Kevin himself came back and cleaned up at the end of the job to make sure that all debris and nails were removed.

I am very pleased with my new roof, and I highly recommend RRR Roofing due to Kevin and his team and the excellent job they did. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Took nearly a decade to reply to my review. No Kevin I was not a renter, I was the home owner. But how could you even recall the details from 9 years ago? I'm sure you've done hundreds of jobs since then. The fact I posted this in 2015 and you're just now replying, not even with an apology but to try and undermine me is evidence of your lack of customer service and professionalism as well.

I recently had RRR Roofing install a new roof on my 1650 sq ft home. Kevin offered the most reasonable bid. He was easily accessible by phone at all times to answer questions and concerns. The first time we did business with them, they did roof repair and gutter replacement. Great price, responsive, great work. We reached out to them again, and they replaced another gutter, and did dry rot replacement. Customer satisfaction is a top priority of theirs, which is why we returned as customers, and Rogelio is responsive and professional. Highly recommend RRR!

Beware of this company! We just bought our house this month and the seller had the roof replaced by this company in 2019. When the giant storm came through in October there was a massive leak, and come to find out the seller had been battling leaks ever since the new roof was installed. We had a roof inspection done and there were holes in the roof, and we just had the roof replaced and all of the wood put down was moldy and damaged. Clear example of extremely shoddy work, avoid at all costs.

Busiest time of the year and we discover a leak in our roof! We called Rich with RRR roofing and he immediately returned our call and promptly came out to give us an estimate. The following week he repaired our roof just in time for the big storm ahead! Professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I bought the house from the previous owner who happen to hired these guys to get the roofing done. After inspecting the walls I noticed that there were leaked stains along the side but it wasn't such a big issue because the previous owner had called this company(RRR Roofing) and told me that the leak problem has already resolved. And so I thought....

After months of moving in, I noticed that there were leaks dripping down the side of the wall and to my surprise, the problem still exist!!! The next day, after many attempts to reach the RRR Roofing person, Richard I believe. He told me that he will send a guy over tomorrow but doesn't know what time he will be there. On that day I called him again to ask why did nobody show up and he said the guy was there early morning and has already patched my roof. I was surprised that these guys didn't even notify me or even bother to ring the doorbell. Very unprofessional and bad work ethic.

To summarize my experience with these guys. I have called them over and over again about the same leak issues and every time they came over(possibly about 5 times throughout the span of the fall and winter season), their techniques of trying to stop the leak doesn't seem to work because whenever it rains, there were still leaks in that same area.

Stay away from them, I do not recommend these guys at all.

RRR Roofing put new roofs on 14 condos in 2011 with a 10 year warranty. I had a leak at one of the condos I manage and called them. A man answered saying that this office was closed this week and probably the warrant had expired and hung up. I called back several times and left several message and no one ever called back.

If there's a LOWER RATE THAN ONE STAR- THIS COMPANY DESERVES A QUARTER! (PROBABLY EVEN LESS?) We just moved here in Sacramento a month and a half ago and the seller handed during our closing a 2- year warranty certificate from this company for the ""alleged"" work/ repair done to a portion of the roof worth almost $2,000.00 (as described) ""Replaced all worn and missing shakes and ridge caps as needed. Covered all exposed tar paper exposures using cedar shingle shims. Sealed any cracks in tar paper or replaced it where needed."" A home inspection was done within the month of our move and found 2 small holes on the roof within the area of said repair (sunlight coming through the roof as seen from the attic),
We called this company (2x) for them to check on the abovementioned concern and the owner (also the receptionist), WAS VERY RUDE TO TALK WITH- DOESN'T HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL MANNERS EXPECTED OF A RECEPTIONIST NOR A BUSINESS OWNER...and TOLD US TO CALL BACK WHEN IT'S ABOUT TO RAIN (!?!?)....and THEY ARE GOING TO COME AND CHECK WHEN THERE'S A LEAK (!?!?). It looks like this is the company's m.o/ tactic (Modus Operandi): this company has to wait until there's a leak? and they would say there's much to repair already so home owners are pushed to the wall and cannot do anything except to have it done by them or else the warranty is voided!
