I give RRG 5 stars for being an exceptional company all the way from making appointments (thank you Cimarron), coming out for the estimate (Nick) to the person who actually got on the roof and fixed the problem (Michael), who was incredibly polite, thorough and cleaned everything up after he was done! Could not have asked for anything more. Thank you all for making this repair in such an easy and uncomplicated manner. Y'all are the best!!

Got this ""Pro"" from Angi, called me this morning to say they couldn't make the appt for the quote at 11 am thIs morning and I tried to reschedule for Monday and Cimmeron got snotty and told me they weren't the roofer for me when I said if I had to reschedule again, don't bother and hung up on me. DONT USE THESE FOLKS, THEY SMELL OF RIP OFF!

The quote RRG provided for a roof repair was $4,100. The day of the repair the repairman called to inform he was on the way and the job would only take 2 hours. I contacted RRG to have an itemized breakdown for the quote but only received a list of items for the repair with no prices for these items. The job was completed in one and a half hours which calculates to a $2,733 an hour rate. I am a senior citizen and I feel I was taken advantage of and seriously overcharged.

Josh made an emergency visit to us being here within two hours of calling them and I had never done business with them before. We had water coming in through our kitchen ceiling during one morning rainstorm.

Our leak turned out to be a humidifier problem connected with our HVAC system in the attic area....not the roof.

He suggested that while he was there he may as well have a look at the roof to see what kind of condition it was in.

Took numerous photos showing where we had hail damage.

They worked with our insurance company and made a visit at the same time with the insurance Adjuster.

Our new roof was just finished yesterday and it looks great.

Charged $500 to apply caulk to the roof that took them exactly 10 minutes!
A roof inspection done a week later discovered that the leak was caused by a roof boot which RRG didn't replace so they didn't even fix the leak!
Called RRG and they said $500 is what they charge for roof caulking and they would not adjust the price even though they didn't even fix the issue. They are just price gouging because of all the rain we have had lately. They are dishonest. Don't use them!

Great company. Previous homeowners used them to install a great roof on our (now) home. There was a leak that caused some damage to our ceiling and not only did they come out and address the problem on Christmas Eve, but they gave us the extra free service of fixing the water-damaged ceiling left by the roof leak. Very courteous, kind and understanding. Five stars

We have a large hole in our roof with wood rot, water damage and mildew within the house as a result. We had Roofing Resources of GA to help us out. They did an inspection and noticed multiple issues with roof that needed repairs. We eventually wanted the repairs and entire roof reshingled. However, after MORE than TWO MONTHS of waiting for replies and multiple excuses from them, such as ""we're working on it"", ""we'll get right back to you"", ""sorry, forgot about it, I'll get right back on it"", etc., We were fed up and unbelievably frustrated with them. Considering we waiting so long, we had continuous water damage going on, and a pest control company waiting on RROG to do their job, we couldn't take anymore irresponsibility and unprofessionalism from them and moved to a different roofing company. This was just a shame. I certainly do not recommend using RROG for your roofing needs based on my poor experience with them.

Had them come out to fix some problems my inspector found when I purchased my home. They replaced broken tiles, vent pipe boots, fixed the gutters, and installed a cricket on the chimney. Work was finished quickly and the price was very reasonable.
