RRCA Roofing and construction did an outstanding job on my new roof even though a sudden rain storm caused some interior damage, the project manager Joseph McKernan had a crew out to repair the dry wall damage and painting very fast and with excellent quality. Five Stars.

Lee Haight owns a scam roofing company in Naples called RRCA. Don't let them near your home! They have not finished my roof, have left multiple items off including turbines, ridge vent, flashing. All items they were happy to bill me for and tell my insurance company I needed. They even reused rotted decking which is making my roof sag. I have heard multiple ""stories"" about why the roof is really sagging including that plywood is bouncy. I wish I was making this up but it's been an ongoing nightmare. At this point they aren't calling me back and have ignored my request for a refund of the $9700 I paid so far. I will have to have someone tear off this roof and start over. I have had no communication with them anymore at this point and it will probably have to settle in court. I have posted pictures from my attic showing the rotted decking and pictures of notes on my accounts that one of them
Accidentally handed to me in a folder talking about how my roof is bad and all my points are valid. I'm afraid they will take advantage of elderly people here in SWFL.

Knock on my door Sunday late afternoon. Name on the calling card was Dave Saitta and he said he was passing by and ""saw my roof all torn up"". When I questioned his evaluation of my 5 year old roof, he asked me if I had seen it. I walked him outside and he pointed to my roof and said the shingles shouldn't be at all different levels. I said they are architectural shingles, He then said well there is a line across your roof and it shouldn't be there. I said that is a zinc strip to prevent algae growth ( roof darkening. streaks). He then said it should not be under the shingles. I told him that half of the strip is nailed under the shingles and half exposed so the nails are covered with shingles so no roof leaks occur.

My concern is that his repeated insistence that my roof was all torn up appeared to me to be complete deception. At every point, it was clear that his statements to me were false. Had I not had 26 years in the real estate industry, I may have been swayed into contracting a new roof when this 5 year roof and installation was as good as a 40 year shingle gets. I do NOT recommend RRCA Roofing & Reconstruction.

Please people DO NOT contract with this roofing company. I gave them 50% down on 12/5/2022 and as of today 2/17/2023 I have not had any work done. I call and get put into peoples voice mil and no one returns my call. Two days ago they promised to be out to do the work yesterday. Do not deal with any of the following people:
Dustin in Customer Care
Rick Clark in Sales
Brandon Green in sales
Elsie in reception
Joe in production
This is a scam company.

i trusted this company after Ian destroyed the roof on my sisters house. I signed a replacement contract with RRCA thre different representatives from their company guaranteed roof replacemen no matter what the insurance company paid. Four months later and no roof. Now the company claims they underbid and need more money. Crooks and thieves. I had to move my sister to a nursing home because her house is not safe. Watch for me protes outside the Port Charlotte office. They have our entire insurance check, I have nothing. Send lawyers, guns and money.Catherine Stewart

Whoever drives the company car Kia needs driving lessons. They were cutting people off and were wreck-less. Not a good way to represent a company.

Beware of this company. Very high priced. They go back and forth on their estimates and come out higher than what it actually cost to replace a roof. Also do not sign and papers that give them the right to monies. Have been chasing them over a week for my deductible back and all I get it lip service.

RRCA replaced the roof on the house I was buying in January of 2020. I paid half the price to the seller who had all of the dealings with RRCA. I could not get any warranty or paperwork from the company. In September of 2021 I discovered a leak in the roof and called. They finally came out to fix the leak but didn't finish the job. I have been calling every couple of weeks since then and I keep getting ""the person you need to talk to isn't available but will call you back"". No one has called back and it's been over 4 months.

I did not select this company for the initial job and would not recommend them to anyone.

8/28/21 Ida hits so. east la. RRCA had an ad on local T.V. I had a two-and-a-half-year roof on my home. Because I had a carport that went, I had minor damage to my roof. I also had gutter damage. I called RRCA for a quote to repair my damage. My adjuster had come two weeks prior. He only claimed minor roof damage. So, when the saleswomen came, she got on my roof and started lifting shingles. I asked her to stop because those shingles were not damaged. She then asked me to sign a document to speak with my ins. co. and request another adjuster. I asked what I was signing twice. She said only to speak with the ins. co. So, I signed. Another adjuster came out and did another inspection The ins. co. then totaled my roof. After two more meetings with the saleswomen, I asked her again if I was bonded in any way by signing that document. She assured me that there was no binding or money involved. After our third meeting she even initialed the part that said only to speak with the ins, co, and that I was not bonded in any way. I then asked more questions about roof details and gutter replacement, colors and warranty. She then wanted to put a cheaper roof than I already had. She could not give me any answers on the above questions. I did not cancel any thing with this company. One week later they canceled me. Now they want 20% of my replacement cost value. They may have made 4 or5 phone calls and 10 sheets of paper to the ins. co, now they want $3600.00 dollars. I would not give 1/32 of a star to this company. If anyone out there wants to contact me, I have nothing to hide. G, Pontiff. E-mail [email protected], Home # 985-709-0736. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor. Ins, fraud and contractor fraud.

A guy named Jared knocked on my door asking to inspect my roof for any possible wind damage and if they found anything they would get my insurance company to pay for a brand new roof for me. Of course it sounded good to me so I let them. After inspection they told me they found some wind damage so they walked me through calling the insurance company etc.. I ended up getting a brand new roof for free. Some time later Jared asked if I was interested in a job with them and that it was BIG money over 6 figures a year just ""inspecting and selling roofs"". Absolutely I wanted to make that kind of money so easily! I agreed to follow along with him to a couple roofs to see how the process worked. This is where it got super sketchy.... Every roof we went on he started lifting shingles by hand and putting crease marks along the top of certain shingles and brushing them to MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THERE WAS WIND DAMAGE WHEN THERE REALLY WASNT ANY! THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD!! THERE IS NO TELLING WHAT HE MAY HAVE DONE TO MY ROOF! HE CAN MAKE ANY SHINGLE ROOF LOOK LIKE THERE IS DAMAGE AND GET ANYONE A FREE ROOF AND EVEN TOLD ME DOING IT TO 3 TAB ROOFS WAS EASIER THAN 3D. This company has also put a lien on my house 6 months after job was completed saying I owe them more money when I don't! STAY AWAY!!
