I had my roof done two years ago. They did a good job completing the job but now that they are gone good luck getting a hold of them. I have been calling for the past two months to get a cracked tile fixed and no response. They keep telling me they will call me in a day or two but I never hear from anyone.

Over priced and billed for work that was not done. I will be reporting them to BBBand insurance fraud division

RRCA did new roof on my home about 2 years ago. Unfortunately flashing was not installed and sealed properly so water was getting inside. By the time it showed up on my sealing it was too late as it has caused structure damage water caused roof support to rot. RRCA refuses to replace the structure support and want to do a half a... patch work by adding two by four on the side of the rotten support structure. Customer service is terrible and I have only gotten run around and excuses for 4 months now. Meanwhile water is causing missive damage to my roof. Please do your research before you commit to any work by this company.

From despair to delight, RRCA remediated and repaired my ceiling beautifully. Bonus! I liked the crew so much I will use them again for a bath renovation

RRCA Roofing and construction did an outstanding job on my new roof even though a sudden rain storm caused some interior damage, the project manager Joseph McKernan had a crew out to repair the dry wall damage and painting very fast and with excellent quality. Five Stars.

Lee Haight owns a scam roofing company in Naples called RRCA. Don't let them near your home! They have not finished my roof, have left multiple items off including turbines, ridge vent, flashing. All items they were happy to bill me for and tell my insurance company I needed. They even reused rotted decking which is making my roof sag. I have heard multiple ""stories"" about why the roof is really sagging including that plywood is bouncy. I wish I was making this up but it's been an ongoing nightmare. At this point they aren't calling me back and have ignored my request for a refund of the $9700 I paid so far. I will have to have someone tear off this roof and start over. I have had no communication with them anymore at this point and it will probably have to settle in court. I have posted pictures from my attic showing the rotted decking and pictures of notes on my accounts that one of them
Accidentally handed to me in a folder talking about how my roof is bad and all my points are valid. I'm afraid they will take advantage of elderly people here in SWFL.

Knock on my door Sunday late afternoon. Name on the calling card was Dave Saitta and he said he was passing by and ""saw my roof all torn up"". When I questioned his evaluation of my 5 year old roof, he asked me if I had seen it. I walked him outside and he pointed to my roof and said the shingles shouldn't be at all different levels. I said they are architectural shingles, He then said well there is a line across your roof and it shouldn't be there. I said that is a zinc strip to prevent algae growth ( roof darkening. streaks). He then said it should not be under the shingles. I told him that half of the strip is nailed under the shingles and half exposed so the nails are covered with shingles so no roof leaks occur.
My concern is that his repeated insistence that my roof was all torn up appeared to me to be complete deception. At every point, it was clear that his statements to me were false. Had I not had 26 years in the real estate industry, I may have been swayed into contracting a new roof when this 5 year roof and installation was as good as a 40 year shingle gets. I do NOT recommend RRCA Roofing & Reconstruction.

Please people DO NOT contract with this roofing company. I gave them 50% down on 12/5/2022 and as of today 2/17/2023 I have not had any work done. I call and get put into peoples voice mil and no one returns my call. Two days ago they promised to be out to do the work yesterday. Do not deal with any of the following people:
Dustin in Customer Care
Rick Clark in Sales
Brandon Green in sales
Elsie in reception
Joe in production
This is a scam company.

i trusted this company after Ian destroyed the roof on my sisters house. I signed a replacement contract with RRCA thre different representatives from their company guaranteed roof replacemen no matter what the insurance company paid. Four months later and no roof. Now the company claims they underbid and need more money. Crooks and thieves. I had to move my sister to a nursing home because her house is not safe. Watch for me protes outside the Port Charlotte office. They have our entire insurance check, I have nothing. Send lawyers, guns and money.Catherine Stewart

Whoever drives the company car Kia needs driving lessons. They were cutting people off and were wreck-less. Not a good way to represent a company.
