Omg these guys were amazing! Did such a great job, so kind and respectful and they cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone! So shocked they don't have a billion good reviews! Give them a shot! We called on an emergency leaking situation and they showed up fast, found the problem, fixed it, cleaned up and charged a good price! Awesome!

Brilliant service - I called, they responded ! Not only that but when they did arrive they said they'd fix my leaking roof straight away as there was much more rain coming later in the day. You just don't get service like this any more and I'm very happy to give them 5 stars - I'd give more if I could

awful company like all reviews say. they take your $, and fail to do the work after they damage your home. anyone reading make sure you contact the attorney general and ca state licensing board to advocate on your behalf of this fraudulent awful company.

Absolutely horrible! About a year ago I called this company to come give me a quote to repair my roof and a guy cam out named Thomas came out his response was our roof was fine for a few more years and that he could seal it with some white stuff not sure what it was but he put it on the seal of the sunroof so that it keeps the water out, however a year go by and the first set of rain comes and sure enough it was leaking so we called him up and he cam by again and put some black stuff on it saying it will be good still leaks and now he wont answer so now we have been calling the company to come out and really fix it but they are not even calling or willing to come fix it so I would not go with this company at all!!! Save ur self the time and lies

I called this company about 11 am on Monday, 10 days ago, but was only able to leave a message to return my call. Roof tiles had come loose and I was just trying to make sure the roof was protected before two storms hit. By Wednesday afternoon, with the first storm expected to hit the next day and no call from R&R, I called them again. This time my call was answered by what sounded like a very young person who basically said there was no one there and no one could call me back until the following Monday, a week after my first call. So I waited and fortunately the first storm had only a little drizzle. On Monday about 10am I called this company again, this is call number three, and the person that answers then tells me that the ""scheduler"" won't be in until that afternoon, but she has my name and phone number from last week and they will call.
Surprise. 5pm rolls around with no call from R&R. So now, having lost a week waiting for this company, I'm having to scramble to call around to other roofing companies before the next storm hits in two or three days.
We weren't even an unknown caller. R&R did roof repairs for us over a year ago and did a reasonable job, which is why I called them.
Not bothering to return three phone calls over two weeks does not reflect well on them. I have no idea how a company that ignores potential customers can stay in business.
As a footnote, I called a competitor in desperation and they sent people out promptly, sent me an immediate estimate, and completed the work the next day before the worst of the rains.

R and R Roofing is the best hands down. Mellissa is a true gem to work with and the place does top notch work. They are busy for a reason and you may have to re-schedule sometimes, but their work is worth the weight!! I like how honest they were with my estimate and the gentleman whom performed my roof tune up was very detail oriented! He was able to find where some critters were entering my attic and he sealed it off no problem. Thanks again R and R!!

So the big storm on Monday blew several tiles off my roof. Jumping on to Yelp, I see R&R Roofing with two five star reviews and they're nearby. I give them a call that day and the receptionist tells me someone will give me a call tomorrow morning to come out and assess the damage. All of Tuesday goes by with no call and nobody showing up. I figured they must be swamped with all the other people who suffered damage from the storm so I decided to give R&R another day or two to get back to me. However, they never did. So this morning (Friday) I give them another call and the receptionist says nobody is available to even schedule an appointment until next week. Next week? Just to schedule an appointment? How about a phone call on Tuesday to let me know that? I know you're busy, but too busy for a 30 second courtesy call? Thanks but no thanks. I'll be taking my business elsewhere...

They came out and replaced all our broken tiles as well as two sky lights. They offered a fair price and stuck to their estimate. Even blew the leaves off the roof for us. They were quick and clean!

This roofing company is a hidden gem. Best price we got for our Orange County house and workers, owners (Woody) extremely flexible, and go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. Excellent quality and they did not come at the end to try to nickel and dime the consumer for miscellaneous items.
