My roofing career began in 2009 when I joined my father, Ray Friedley. He founded the company with my Uncle Ricky (the other R) and became the sole owner after Uncle Ricky returned to Tennessee. My father's primary focus was ensuring customer satisfaction. After he retired in 2014, I have dedicated myself to maintaining his standard of excellence. My son, Paul Jr., is now part of the team as we evolve R&R Roofing into a third-generation company. We look forward to helping you with your roofing repairs or replacements. He explained he needed to take his kids to the doctor first then he would be by my house sometime the same day to look at the repair I needed. That was 2/4/19, today is 2/6. No call backs at all with any reason for the delay or an apology.
