In 2009, I started working with my father, Ray Friedley, in the roofing business. The business was established by my father and Uncle Ricky (the other R), and my dad became the sole owner after Uncle Ricky went back to Tennessee. Customer satisfaction was my dad's top priority. Since my father's retirement in 2014, I have aimed to carry on his legacy of quality service. My son, Paul Jr., is now part of the team as we evolve R&R Roofing into a third-generation company. He explained he needed to take his kids to the doctor first then he would be by my house sometime the same day to look at the repair I needed. That was 2/4/19, today is 2/6. No call backs at all with any reason for the delay or an apology.
