I began my journey in roofing alongside my father, Ray Friedley, in 2009. My father started this business with my Uncle Ricky (the other R) and took full ownership when Uncle Ricky moved back to Tennessee. The main goal for my father was to achieve customer satisfaction. Since my father's retirement in 2014, I have aimed to carry on his legacy of quality service. My son, Paul Jr., is now part of the team as we evolve R&R Roofing into a third-generation company. He explained he needed to take his kids to the doctor first then he would be by my house sometime the same day to look at the repair I needed. That was 2/4/19, today is 2/6. No call backs at all with any reason for the delay or an apology.
