I began my journey in roofing alongside my father, Ray Friedley, in 2009. He founded the company with my Uncle Ricky (the other R) and became the sole owner after Uncle Ricky returned to Tennessee. The main goal for my father was to achieve customer satisfaction. Since his retirement in 2014, I have worked hard to uphold his commitment to quality. With my son, Paul Jr., now working alongside me, we are proud to make R&R Roofing a third-generation family business. We look forward to helping you with your roofing repairs or replacements. He explained he needed to take his kids to the doctor first then he would be by my house sometime the same day to look at the repair I needed. That was 2/4/19, today is 2/6. No call backs at all with any reason for the delay or an apology.
