Great company to work with! Very honest! He could have told us that we needed a new roof, but let us know our roof did not need to be replaced !

i contacted this company earlier this year for leaks in my home. Jimmie came to my home in a timely manner did an assessement of the cause and discussed providing me an estimate. He took with him tiles that were removed from my garage roof with my permission so that he could find replacement tiles. He left advising me that he would call me back in a couple of days. He never called me back, despite the fact that i called the office several times and was repeatedly advised by the lady there that he would contact me.

After at least five messages over three weeks I finally left a message on their message service that requested that the tiles be returned so i can get other estimates. Still no response.

I was patronized by this company several times during this encounter. They never had the decency to at least call me back. I am sure they are busy with the recent conditions that have transpired her in Southern Cal, however this service this time was very UNPROFESSIONAL!

IRON SHARPENS IRON PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS MATTER.

If there was a way to rate with 0 or negative stars that's what i would give them. And that's not even their quality of work mind you but rather just the customer service (or lack thereof) and the inability to maintain an appointment. I had called them on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on a leaking roof above my garage that following Monday between 7:30am - 8am. I needed to go to work but I waited between those times and no one ever showed. Finally after waiting for over an hour I called them and they said that the person who was scheduled to come to my residence had an emergency job out in Oxnard (one of the ""rich"" valley areas of California) so he would have to reschedule. I'm an understanding individual and although I was pissed I decided to give them another chance. We ended up rescheduling for Wednesday (2 days later) at 8am. Much to my surprise Wednesday 8am rolls around and once again no one showed. I called them back and the same woman with whom I had spoken with on Monday morning said that the guy who was to come to my residence once again had yet ""another emergency"". She also added that these so called ""emergencies"" were clients of theirs with whom they have 5-10 year contracts so they are priorities. Hmmmm. Why schedule new appointments for poor people like myself who don't live in the rich areas? Why schedule an appointment for anyone for that matter if we're going to be taken aback to other more ""important"" clients. I practically took two days off of work to have my roof looked at and it didn't even get that far because this company has no concept of making and retaining appointments, one if not the easiest things to do especially when you're an office person and that's your job. Furthermore, the woman with whom I had the pleasure of speaking with on two separate occasions was extremely rude, not empathetic and offered no other alternatives or solutions. When I first called that Thursday, Los Angeles was forecasting a storm 10 days later so I thought I was giving myself ample time to have my roof at least looked at. But this company clearly places higher value on rich and maybe even white folks rather than the majority of blue collar individuals such as myself. DO NOT do business with this company unless you're a pre-existing client of theirs who has been contracted with them from anywhere between 5-10 years. Then and only then will you be of some importance to them.

I just want to say that I am 100% happy with the work done by RR Roofing. I had 3 other estimates and RR Roofing had the best price. Don't waste your time shopping, just give them a call.

Jimmie and his crew worked very hard to get the job done right. They replaced the entire roof for both the main house and the guest house. They even painted the vents to match with the color of the shingles and cleaned up each time they came. They were prompt and professional.
