We are very thankful and pleased Ryan (owner) his crew from R & R Roofing Company. Central Coast Roofing Co. Installed our roof and did a horrifying job! The roof was leaking in our garage, our furnace pipe was touching the wood it was unsafe. They did a horrible job. I spent countless hours having poor customer service from Shannon (owners) wife. She made excuses and lied instead of being honest. Through my frustration I called R&R Roofing Co. Ryan (owner) and his crew immediately came to repair the mess. R&R Roofing Co. has far better customer service. Ryan (owner) Professional, honest, and his workers were prompt, hard working, pleasant, and cleaned up their work areas. We would hire them again in a minute. From beginning to end did excellent job. We were very happy with the fine job R & R Roofing Company did for us and highly recommend their service. Thank you!

Ok, so my review has really nothing to do with their work but more importantly their employees! I was at Lowe's in Gilroy this afternoon and was having trouble loading a dryer into the back of my SUV...a couple of men wearing R&R roofing t-shirts saw us struggling to get the dryer in and quickly offered to help and assisted us with loading the dryer. I was super happy to see that without any hesitation they offered to help us! This kind gesture speaks volumes about their staff! Thank you to the three men that helped us today! #goodkarma
