I completed this review on google review but also wanted to add to Yelp. Customers complain when things go wrong but sometimes neglect to praise outstanding customer service. This company is outstanding.

If you are looking for an honest and professional roofing company, look no further. R&R Roofing is very professional, transparent and honest. My elderly mom's house had a couple roof leaks during the last storm. They came out and put tarp on the house to prevent the leak and then provided a quote to fix the leaks. Because of the professionalism and courtesy they showed when tarping the house, our family decided to use R&R Roofing to fix the roof before the next rain. The staff provided the work exactly as quoted. Requested no payment until the work was completed. They also cleaned up the entire workspace. We were so impressed that we also hired them to fix the inside ceiling. And again, the job was completed as quoted.
And shout out to Tina who runs the office and always returns every call. Also,Rudy who comes on site and ensure everything is completing as stated.

Going forward before I use anyone, I will be calling R&R Roofing. We need more companies such as R&R Roofing,professional, on-time and honest.

Ryan is the treasure of R&R Roofing. He answered my call, did an inspection, and stayed in touch through the holidays to see if I had questions. He never dropped the ball, gave me a really good price and went straight to work. I was worried about the mess and stains on the walls of my house after installation, but they came back and did a very good job of cleaning everything up. I highly recommend R&R Roofing with extra credit and gratitude to Ryan Joyce who went the extra mile.

Had water damage to our roof. Jacob the project manager had excellent communications during the whole process. He provided a very detailed inspection/explanation and even climbed in the attic to find the root cause of the leak for the water damage. A drone was used to show all the problem areas vs some other contracts who didn't even step foot on the roof. Company is highly recommended.

This place appears a sketchy. Tommy answers the texts and says he used to own the company and says Rudy his employee now owns it? Why are there only 2 reviews? When I start to ask Tommy questions about the contract he wants me to sign (btw he wrote that w/o even driving to the house), he tells me that I could do it myself. When I say I need to talk to the owner, he says he is too busy and to sign the contract first and then I can meet the owner.

Jacob and Rudy did a excellent job they did a roof maintenance and sealed everything. Help me install gutter guards last minute they even sealed the connection between the sunroof and my backyard and of the house.
