We recently had our flat roof treated with the silicone roofing system by Tommy, and I can confidently say that he did an amazing job. From the start, Tommy was upfront, professional, and truly knowledgeable about what would work best for our situation.

Our Roof Issues & Why We Chose the Silicone System
As tenants, we were unfortunately responsible for our own roof repairs, and for over five years, we struggled with persistent leaks. We had three previous roof repairs done by different companies, all promising lifetime guarantees, but when the leaks came back, they were nowhere to be found.

Our roof is very old, and I originally thought our only option was a complete roof replacement, which would have been extremely expensive--especially since our landlord was not helping with any of the costs.

Tommy introduced us to the silicone roofing system, which made a lot more sense for us financially. He also does torch roof replacements, but he explained that for our situation, the silicone system was a better choice--it was more affordable, effective, and allowed us to keep our business open during the process.

We had a leak in our second floor bathroom ceiling during the first rain of the year. Tommy came out the next day to give us a free estimate and returned the very next day to make the repair. Crazy thing is, it started raining on his guy but he quickly worked right through it to get the job done in one day.

Alright, I'll be honest--I don't want to write this review. Not because they don't deserve it (they absolutely do), but because I kind of want to gatekeep this hidden gem of a roofing company. You ever find a place so good that you low-key don't want everyone else finding out? Yeah, that's where I'm at.

From the start, Tommy was the guy. You know how sometimes you talk to a contractor and instantly feel like you're about to be bamboozled? Not here. Right away, Tommy came across as genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and just an all-around good guy. No upsell, no pressure--just, ""Let's take a look and get it fixed."" And that's exactly what happened.

Tommy showed up on time (which in the contractor world is practically mythical), assessed the situation, and boom--roof fixed same day. And here's where they really won me over: they did find some other issues while working, and instead of turning it into a surprise upcharge situation, they just fixed it. No ""well, we could do it for an extra $$$"" nonsense--just solid, honest work because, apparently, integrity is still alive and well.

And let's talk about energy. If you've ever dealt with contractors who give off the same vibe as a used car salesman who really wants to get you into a 2012 Honda Civic with ""only"" 198k miles, you know what I mean. But Tommy and his crew? None of that. Just chill, professional, and ridiculously good at what they do.

On top of that, they're a local, family-owned business, and I love supporting small businesses like theirs. You can tell they actually care about their work and their reputation in the community, and that makes all the difference.

So yeah, I highly recommend them... but also, please don't all call at once because, god forbid, I have future roof issues, I need Tommy to still have time for me. Like, let's be real--I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do, I don't want to be stuck behind all you people who just found out how awesome they are.
