I had damage to my roof and RPI came highly recommended from a friend. I had the pleasure of working with Mark who was super knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with my insurance company and within weeks we had a new roof being installed. He made the experience seemless and easy. I was at work the days the installed were here, and I was sent pictures throughout the day showing their progress. I would highly recommend RPI! Hopefully I never will, but if I ever need anything roof related, I will be calling Mark again! (Roof and services done June 2019. I have family members that have used RPI and Mark for their roofing experiences also.)

We had our roof replaced in March 2020. Our sales guy, AJ, was a really nice guy and we felt comfortable moving forward after interviewing 3 roofing companies. We had some major communication issues and some work that needed to be finished after the job was completed. After contacting the owner of the company and expressing our concerns he came out personally and addressed all of our concerns and issues and rectified them within 24 hours. Knowing they are no longer using the crew we had working on our house I would recommend them and if you have any concerns I would reach out to Mark, the owner directly.
