I recently purchased a new construction home desperately in need of personalization and character. I'm so glad my realtor recommended Royce's Home Improvement! Royce took time at the beginning of the project to understand my vision and talk through options that worked in my available space. He really understood what I was trying to accomplish and the results show! Royce's team built custom cabinets on site for a coffee bar, including running new electrical, tiling back splash and paining the cabinetry to match the existing kitchen. They converted kitchen cabinets to accommodate a double oven and drawer microwave. Additional changes included installing new quartz countertops, ceiling fans and running electrical to a new chandelier. The most impactful changes were made to a Jack & Jill bathroom. They opened up the space, converting a tub/shower to a walk-in shower with window to let even more light into the space. They removed a vanity and built linen storage all to match perfectly with the rest of the home. They worked quickly and precisely, everything completed in just a few short weeks. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. The entire team was knowledgeable and accommodating as I worked from home throughout the project. I can't say enough great things about Royce's Home Improvement!!
