Sinaloa Roofing is the ""go-to"" for all your roofing needs. The owner, Trevor, is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. It's readily apparent that he knows his business and has quality employees and subcontractors that respect him and his business ethics.

It's not surprising that Sinaloa Roofing is constantly booked, but they are definitely worth the wait. Their work is top notch quality at a reasonable price. I waited a month during this latest deluge of rain for them to be available to replace all the cracked ridges, one leaking, on our roof and reface the 50 year old chimney from natural rock to lap siding. I have contacted numerous roofers over the years to tend to the constant chimney leak with bandaid results that ultimately failed every time. Finally a company owner that looked at the issue and immediately had a viable and reasonably priced solution.

Sinaloa Roofing is a relatively young company, but you won't go wrong hiring them for any roofing need.

We had a very large, very steep roof that needed to be replaced. To complicate matters, we had a large solar system that had to be removed and then reinstalled after the new roof was installed. Trevor handled everything! The service was outstanding and I would highly recommend Royal Sinaloa. We did our due diligence and got 4 separate quotes, Trevor's bid was super competitive and he was by far the most responsive. What surprised us was the fact that the company owner, Trevor, showed up almost everyday to check in and ensure everything was on schedule. We used Royal Sinaloa Roofing a couple weeks ago to build a new roof before adding in solar. We got a few other quotes including Los Gatos Roofing. Trevor was cheaper than the rest. I like that he wasn't an aggressive salesman's like the other roofing companies we dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and smart and did not upcharge us for items other companies wanted to. He tolerated us a lot and we bothered him with a lot of questions and he always answered us. He completed our roof cheaper and quicker than other companies and the quality looks fantastic. It also passed roof inspection.

During the process of getting solar I needed a new roof. I contacted Trevor from Royal Sinaloa and it has been a great experience from the first conversation to completion of the roof. And this says a lot in my book being a construction company owner myself, with high expectations. His availability was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and always on time. His prices were great, his crews were on time also, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every day. Trevor was also great to work with when a couple of punch list items taken needed to get taken care of were done in a timely manner. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor/service business. Trevor was so helpful; and I had a lot of questions! He never lost patience and was able and willing to explain the process of roof replacement to a total novice. Compared him to 5 other roof providers and his product and roof replacement knowledge and experience won me over. I never felt like he was going to nickel and dime me on things after old roof removed and he did not; in fact he was able to complete a few additional unplanned items in his original quote so there was no additional cost. I was not happy with my choice of gutters (it was my choice to go with sheet metal over galvanized). We did not replace the gutters because he was able to fix the things I did not like, to my satisfaction. Trevor would have changed things more but I was happy with what he was able to do. He personally spent the extra 2 hours on it himself. I especially liked how organized he and his team were as well. The roofing team was great and cleaned up every evening. Great set of guys, great business owner. Can't recommend Royal Sinaloa too highly!!

Trevor's crew expertly repaired my significant drywood termite damage and replaced many broken concrete roof tiles. When I need a new roof I will call them for sure. His services were very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Trevor is very responsive and accommodating. I had to reschedule two times and he did his best to shuffle the very professional team. He was up to date on material price so as soon as I agreed with his estimate, he suggested to pay the plywood first as the price was soaring like everyday. Compared to my flooring guy who needed the plywoods, dumped the increased charge to me.
I would highly recommend Trevor and the Royal Sinaloa team!

Loved their service. I had to replace my 7"" duct to a 10"" duct during a kitchen remodel. Trevor and his crew finished the job within an hour. That includes cleaning up. They went beyond their way and also replaced a couple of broken tiles without any extra charge.
