When the recent wind storm hit Dallas, our roof had hail and wind damage, our neighbors roof was done by Mike Amyx few yrs ago and not 1 tile came off the roof during the storm. We filed a claim with insurance company which was denied. Mike Amyx has spent numerous times talking with me, answering questions, holding my hand through this stressful process. He came out with Charlie and they got on roof took many photos of damage, and sent report to appeal claim. I feel like he really cares as if I were family and it shows. He is honest, straight forward, and very compassionate. I usually get many bids for big home improvements but I am so sold on him I am not even shopping around.

Charlie made getting a new roof stress free. Everything was top notch From always being prompt, helping with insurance claim, to supervising his crew. Yard was clean and just the way they found it. Pool totally covered. Except for my beautiful new roof, there was no evidence that the work had been done. I highly recommend using Royal!

I live in Frisco, Tx. On February 23rd at 3:41am a severe hail storm hit our home.
Hail storm knocked out 4 windows, damaged roof, destroyed gutters, broke coach lights and damaged garage door. My husband and I called Charlie at Royal Roofing immediately. We have used Royal Roofing before when we lived in Plano, Tx. Royal roofing made this extremely stressful time in lives easier. Work was done quickly and the crews were extremely good. The company works like a well oil machine.
Honest, trustworthy, loyal, friendly is how I would describe this company. My neighbors are asking how did we get our work done so fast? I told them that we chose a replicable company. No money upfront until the job is complete. I would like to mention that they also know how to do the paperwork correctly for the insurance company. Mike and Charlie thank you very much for lighting the load on us. I hope we don't have to call you back any time soon, but if we do, you will be the roofers we call.

Charlie Kegan with Royal Roofing is the BEST roofer in the DFW Metroplex! I am a realtor and call him on all my real estate transaction where the roof is in questionable shape. He is very honest in assessment. Many times I have had him out and there is no or minimal work needed. But when a new roof goes on, it becomes a seamless process and the quality first rate. Charlie coordinates the new gutters, with a gutter company, once the new roof is on. Even the guy who owns the gutter company stated he does not work with all roof company. He enjoys working with Charlie Keegan. ""He is one of the good guys!"" I totally agree!
