Royal Roofing just replaced my old 1995 roof with a new Timberline GAF asphalt tile roof. They were helpful and professional every step of the way, from the bidding process to the completion of the work. A big thanks to Ron for patiently answering my questions and returning my calls promptly, and to Alberto and his crew for their hard work in removing the old roof, completing the necessary repairs, and cleaning up after they installed the new roof.

Tom Beattie is the best! He is responsive, fair and provides outstanding service. Paula is great in the office. We have some business properties in Culver City and he's done a super job on the roofing and provides excellent warranty and we can always rely on him when needed.

They provide great service for a job that other roofers did not want to do. Also, the price was right in the range that I was looking for. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. The job was completed in all phases. You would never know that there were any repairs done to the roof and the clean-up was outstanding. Trust me I do not give this kind of recommendation out, but if you need some roofing work I would definitely call Royal RoofingCo of Anaheim, Ca.

Their workers were very good, polite and clean BUT.... Chris was a crook! gave us a price and of course we were told we might need some wood. i had a credit card just for the job. when he found out how much was on it he made sure he used it all up after telling us our wood looked pretty good and even took some of the wood and new tiles we paid for. the job ended up costing us 8,000. dollars above what we were told. wouldn't recommend to any one!!!! my neighbor also used him before i could tell her not to because of the way does business and yes .....he did the same thing to her!

It was a blessing that I found and hired them to re-roof all the flat roofs of our townhouse complex's 12 units in July 2019. Our roofs had ongoing leak issues and no roofers could ever really fix them even though the roofs were only about 14 years old. Ended up because we did not know that we were supposed to get a 'commercial' roofer (for flat roof) and not a residential roofer (sloped roof). But I did not know how to find a flat roofer because their customers are usually not consumers/residents that would write yelp reviews. Those residential roofers are not good at flat roofs but they would not tell you that! We made a big mistake hiring a residential roofer to re-roof our flat roofs 15 years ago and it started to leak right away!

It was a long journey to finally learn to find good roofers through brand name roofing materials manufactures. And that is where I found Royal. Watch out! There are at least 4 Royal roof(ing) companies out there! You want to look at the address to get the right one!

They did a great job and kept the job site clean. I intentionally did not write a review until now after the raining season to make sure our roofs did not leak! The owner of one of the condo units was so happy that finally he did not have leak this raining season. He said, 'You hired a great roofer! My roof used to leak every year -- even right after we got a new roof 15 years ago! This is the first year I did not have leak!""

We are going to re-roof our sloped roofs in a year or two and we definitely will want them to do the job for us! I strongly recommend this roofer.

We have a flat-roofed room addition and it was always unbearably hot in the summertime. We are very happy with the results, there is a noticeable difference, it is 15 to 20 degrees cooler since the new install. They used three layers which is more than other companies use. Very happy with Royal Roof Company.

Really unprofessional customer service. I called many times over a span of two weeks wanting to schedule an appointment with Paula. She never called back, indicating availability. Pretty much left me hanging with the leaking roof. I understand they can get busy during the rainy days, but at least have a professional courtesy to communicate and not ignoring customers.

Royal Roofing's team headed by Chris McFadden really did a fantastic
job with my 1936 built home. Each of the days they were here, they not
only cleaned up thoroughly, I received compliments from more than one
neighbors. How they went over their yards with magnets each day to be
sure there were not any stray nails from the tear-off. Chris's expert advice
on fixing sections of the 1950's additions(which was clearly done ""quick &
Easy"" then) will clearly save us thousands in the life of the house. We
only exposed these nightmares during Tear-off....THANK YOU CHRIS !!!
Any other roofing bidders we received, were well dressed young
guys who's main interest was to sign the deal & get back in the Air Condition cars.... Chris, from the very first, you could see has had
YEARS of experience. Structural problems do not phase HIM & his
seasoned crew, they simply lifted & squared off the eaves/porch thru strength. When you meet Mr. McFadden, you'll see what I mean.

I would highly recommend Chris and his crew if you're looking to have roof repair or a whole new roof installed. They did an excellent job and I was happy to see that they cleaned up after themselves every day. They started early in the morning and worked all day long. I'm extremely happy with my new roof.

****WARNING! Please look elsewhere. We had our roof replaced 5 years ago in San Diego. We had a leak and immediately called the company. The location in Vista (San Diego) had closed so I called the headquarters. They would do nothing to help us in our situation. I had another roofer come by and they were shocked by the poor workmanship. They didn't replace the flashing around the chimney which if done would have not caused us to spend thousands on a repair. We were initially happy with the work but please be forewarned that they do not stand behind their work!!!***
