This company is HORRIBLE. They were hired by our landlord to re-do the roofing on our community. They left rusty nails and wood debris around the property where small children and dogs around the community walk, they let the bricks slide from the roof (if someone had been walking by this company would be out of business entirely!), along with wooden splinters as they are working and left them there until we complained. Before even submitting a formal complaint, we mentioned something in passing conversation between neighbors to which the foreman (Alberto) overheard and became confrontational, eventually telling my neighbor to ""shut up"" (which is not only unprofessional but really immature!).

Then they came BACK for a second part of the building/project and were much better about leaving debris in the FRONT of the building so the building manager wouldn't notice, only to find that they had COMPLETE disregard for the debris (think rusty nails, wooden splinters, broken bricks) that landed in our backyards, which WE had to clean up. One of them dropped a tool in our yard, completely shattering an expensive potter and his only response was, ""we'll try to be more careful, but it's really hard.""

I understand this is challenging work. But if your workers can't handle the job, then it shouldn't fall on the tenants to deal with their complete disrespect for our homes, not to mention the safety issues that come with allowing sliding bricks, wooden splinters and rusty nails to fly everywhere.

I signed up to receive a free estimate on some repairs on my roof. This company shows up at my house, takes a look at the problem and proceeds to repair the roof without giving me the estimate I was looking for. Then I come to find out what the cost was AFTER the repairs were already completed WITHOUT my authorization. After a lengthy discussion with Ron, I find out that they only take cash or check. I don't recommend this company.

I bought my house one year ago and had Ron's company do the roof's wood repair after it was tented. The 50 yr old house had not had any termite care done to it in recent years, if ever. The damage ended up costing me $20k. Ron warned me that the cost of lumber was high and that they would likely uncover damage as they worked, so I wasn't totally shocked at the final estimate. His crew worked efficiently and completed the job in about a week right around the Thanksgiving holiday. My only gripe is that they used one of my ladders. They had a few of their own, but it was a crew of about 4-6 guys so they availed themselves of my ladder without asking and broke it. To Ron's credit, once I brought his attention to the matter, he replaced it with the same brand/model. I would recommend Royal Roofing Construction because here I am, a year later, and I am happy with the roofing work they did. They were also easy and pleasant to work with. He is an older gentleman so doesn't really respond to emails, but give him a call and it'll get the ball rolling.

I have used Royal Roofing on several roof replacements as well as numerous repair projects. Their prices are honest and fair. They keep up good communication through the job. when an old roof is torn off to expose the wood underneath, there is always surprises. Termites, dry rot, and sometimes old construction that does not meet building code. Royal kept me informed, showed me photos and when i climbed up on the roof to see for myself, it was all true. I have owned and re-roofed many apartment buildings over the last 40 years. i have a great deal of experience and will tell you THIS IS A GOOD ROOFER.

DID NOT HAVE THEM DO MY ROOF. I'm just posting this review because while just driving home and I'm about the only car on Goldenwest this truck rolls the stop and pulls right in front of me. Really? I'm the only vehicle going south, you have your company name all over the truck and you're that bad of a driver that you do that??
Read your note on the bottom describing your business----now I understand why you're such a bad driver----doubt you could read the manual for the drivers' test---misspelled words--goofy grammar---definitely a public school product ( I would have said public school grad but thought I might be jumping to an unwarranted conclusion.)

Did not have good customer service. Quotes were all over the place. Foreman seems to be a nice guy. Would recommend get multiple quotes from roofers and compare.

I compared 5 estimates and RR was the best. Best in price, best in quality of workmanship, best in materials and best in clean up when the job was completed. They did an excellent job!

ps I have lots of friends--I just don't do facebook.
