My HOA unfortunately has a contract with them...I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling 5 years ago and it was repaired. Fast fwd. 5 years later, 3/22/16, another leak next to the bathroom and it appears that my attic has water coming in too. RRC Tom was sent out again (5 yrs ago and now) to check the bathroom hallway ceiling AND garage roof. By the time he came out 3-4 days after it rained hard, it had stopped raining and of course the it was dry. He used a ladder to ""look"" at stain, that's it, just looked at it! You can see the stain no ladder was needed, it is that obvious, I was able to spot it while I looked up at bathroom hall ceiling and noticed a water stain and possible mildew (it looks black). I asked if he was going to check the attic, he asked where the opening is and I told him. He stated it was dry by now and ignored to check attic. He told me next time it rains pay attention to see if water comes in! WTH really??? I asked ""Are you telling me to wait till it rains???"" He did not respond and finally stated he would let HOA know and stated he would climb to roof and check it. When he climb down he stated there were broken tiles where the water was leaking! ummm that would be obvious, right...

Well this SAT 4/9/16 I heard rain coming into the attic and spotted another possible leak...I called HOA 911. HOA associate responded stating she would call Tom that he was on another assignment and someone would call me by today...Well guess what? It's Monday and no one called back!!! This company appears that they only repair SPOTS of where you tell them is leaking and do not bother doing a full inspection of roof/attic to check for other leaks!
