I had basic gutters installed on my back patio which went well at first. Once it started raining you could see where the water coming down the angle was going over the splash guard(it was not raining heavily). So I called to schedule an appointment to have them make adjustments. The day of the appointment, no one showed up or called to notify.
I scheduled a second appointment with same results. Now no one is returning my calls

Love my Duratrac gutters and Gutter Roof! I will never have to clean my nasty gutters out or hire to have them cleaned! Everyone from sales to the installation was friendly, polite and professional. I recommend this company and it's products to all my friends!

So they sold me the Duratrac gutter system which supposedly will not rot the fascia. I paid close to $4k which a normal gutter installation would have costed me $1500. The day came to install the gutters, they got 2 very unskilled workers to do it. They graded the gutters wrongly, placed the down spouts at the wrong places and left pieces of cut aluminum pieces in the gutters. Their idea of joining the gutters are to use straps instead of the traditional metal smith joins. That is just one disappointment . After the installation, I noticed standing water in the gutters days after the rain. I called them and they sent the ""expert"" supervisor.

He came and commented how good a job the previous crew did even though there were graded/sloped wrongly. He made so adjustments, and the next time it rained, one portion of the gutters continue to hold the water.

I called them again. All these times, i had to take time off from work to meet them for the appointments and several times, they did not show up or came one days other than our appointment dates. Very unprofessional. This time, they called 2 non English speaking workers here. They were not able to understand my issues and kept saying they were here to only seal the gutters with caulk. It is not surprisingly. Their solution to everything is to put more caulking. Of course they left without fixing anything. I am now stuck with a leaky gutter.

Do yourself a favor. Stay away from these people.

We had Gutter Cap come out to assess what we needed for a super gutter for a screened porch. The salesman was great....(or so we thought). Sold us gutter cap for our super gutters and also replacement gutters for part of the house.

Products were installed - shortly after, we started getting roofing material (small particles) on the Lanai - looked terrible! I talked to the representatives at the home & patio show and was told I probably needed a different type of cap. I called the office and was told that someone would call me back. Well, someone did - (rude and obnoxious - believe his name was Troy) and basically told me the cap that was installed was doing what it was supposed to and there was nothing they could do.

So, I am stuck with a gutter cap that forces all the (black) roofing materials on the floor of the lanai! Soooooooo disappointed. The next home & patio show I plan on wearing a sign warning others!
