Kevin was my hero in 2008 when I hired Royal Blue to replace the very neglected roof on my home in east Hollywood. I got a few estimates from roofers and Kevin was the only one to measure the roof properly for an accurate estimate. He gave great guidance, worked with us on payments and lived up to all promises exceeding all expectations. At one point in the roofing process we had to halt midway and tent the house for a termite infestation. In the 14 years I lived in the house the roof did not leak. When I recently listed the house for sale I called Royal Blue to come out and inspect the roof, take care of some basic repairs and add a coating to the flat roof for the new owners. Thank you for putting a great roof over our heads!

I have used Royal Blue Roofing for a new roof. I paid top money. The roof is under warranty but the company doesn't return my calls about leaks. I was able to get them on the phone once or twice. They admit that the roof is under warranty. It took them 3 months to finally send someone last week to check it. They never called me back to tell me if it was fixed but the tenant told me they were on the roof for few hours. The day after started a bigger leak on top of the garage. Water is still leaking and causing damage to tenant``s belongings, the ceilings and the floor. I have been calling Royal Blue Roofing for almost a week to no avail. I called the owner`s cell as well as the office. No one is calling back. Tenant rightly is demanding a repair but I cant even send a new company because it will void the warranty.
Help please and tell me what to do.

I recently had my roof replaced with Royal Blue Roofing. I had called 16 roofing companies 12 of which never responded. Kevin was promt to respond, provide an estimate and complete the job. It was a pleasure working with Kevin, Katie and the on-site team. I highly encourage you to use Royal Blue Roofing for your roofing needs.

Ray and his brother Danny did a good job on fixing my dormers after the recent hurricane. They were fair on their pricing. They are Oakland Park based making it easy for them and I to do business.

Horrible experience with this company.they refused to repair after the job leaked.
Claim my warranty expires.they try to contact me out of the warranty by ticking the box and leaving it blank.
Be careful of these conartist.
Poor work .

This is my second time I've dealt with Royal Blue Roofing and I've never had an issue they are more than accommodating. Kevin will see to it things are done timely and professionally. Both times I've had to call Kevin were due to an emergency leakage. They were there within the hour to give me a quote and is soon as the rain stopped they stop the leak. I will use them again and again.

FYI I deal with Kevin from New York regarding my uncle's home in Margate. I have done work with them even though I've never seen them or met them just over the telephone. I am very confident and trust them to do a great job even though I am not present to oversee the work being done or completed.

Kevin and the crew did a great job. I'm in the process of waiting for the tile. We had a bunch of termite damage and the team replaced the decking. My only advice would be to request using sheets of plywood versus the 1x8's which are pretty expensive in the end.

I will tell you, i expected a big mess throughout the yard and everywhere - these guys were pretty neat. Everything was swept and picked up. I would do business again with Royal Blue and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

With excellent customer service, great work ethic and products made in the USA these folks get my full 5 stars. They do a great job, leave NO debris behind and just care about the job! I can't give more than 5 stars but if that was possible, these folks earned it.
