Since the age of eight, Steve has been waking up early to work with his father in roofing. We cater to homeowners, real estate agents, investors, property managers, and anyone in need of a solid roof. We have the capability to install both TPO and torch-down modified bitumen on flat surfaces for residential and commercial projects. Steve Rowe has spent his entire life in Garland and Mesquite. From the first contact to the completion of our roof, Rowe's has been incredible. We had some special circumstances (quick timing, high insurance deductible...) and they worked with us with great communication, great price and great service. I almost wish I could get my roof done again (hopefully not for at least 20 years) because they were so great. Small independently owned business who works honestly and hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. I really can't say enough wonderful things about them, except HIRE THEM, you won't be disappointed!

Mr. Rowe was a hands on owner who was at my house talking to his workman thru the day as they worked on my roof. I was always able to reach him.. he answered his phone on the 1st ring every time I called him. After my neighbor saw my roof she also used them to do her roof and I would highly recommend them.. I heard about them from a friend and couldn't be more pleased. I believe in the integrity of this company and wouldn't recommend them other wise.

Sara R.i have had some many problems with this company that is has gotten ridiculous, after having a brand new 30 year roof put on 2 years ago i have been having spots leak here and there in the same place's it leaked before i had the whole thing replaced . now they have come out and done ""patches"" which basically is them taking silicone caulk around the shingles . However that never seems to work because the leaks always come back , and with each ""repair"" it takes Rowe roofing a little longer to get back , because we are no longer a priority . And when they do get back to us finally it come with an attitude that is rude and uncalled for . i would not recommend them to any one ever .
