I would caution against doing business with Rowe Roofing, as the owner doesn't pay his own bills. My small business performed work for Rudy Rowe at his personal home, and we still haven't been paid 10 months later.

These people are so dumb they will threaten you with lawsuit for slander and bring up Internet law because of a bad aunt on falsified review but what they fail to realize is they are still scam they are liars and they trick people into paying for something in the service is terrible. They will void your warranty after one storm if there is a roof leak even after a six-month replacement they are terrible people just look at the reviews on their website or on Google they were terrible terrible crappy people and Mr. Rowe like to threaten people with a lawsuit I would love To see him come after me. Don't trust them

Our house was under contract and the home inspection revealed our roof needed to be replaced. Rowe came out immediately and gave us a quote and was able to get our roof replaced quickly. The workers were courteous, the work was quality. They did a great job. Thanks to Rowe we closed on schedule.

We had our roof replaced less than 2 years ago by Rowe Roofing. We had a leak recently. I had to call 4 times before Mr. Rowe called me back to discuss this and schedule a time to have someone come out and look at it. When he did call me back he told me (without coming to see the leak) that he was 99% sure the leak was not covered under warranty. He would not schedule a time for anyone to come out and look at the leak without us committing to them fixing it if not under warranty, costing at least $350. He became agitated during the conversation and actually HUNG UP on me. When I called back so he could apologize to me no one answered the phone. The unprofessional nature of the company is astonishing. It is also still not clear to me how I could pay $14,000 for a new roof with a ""lifetime contractors labor warranty and 25 year limited warranty from the manufacture"" listed in the contract and still have to pay for them to repair a small leak.

When it comes to Rowe roofers going out to eat after a job, they are CHEAP !! I waited on 8 men plus their supervisor(I guess) he was dressed nice, as they were in their work shirts. He did not sit with them, and was Not very cordial.. he left without tipping at all! The other men sat at 2 tables, the one table of 4 men left NO TIP, the other table of 4 men left $3 only! How cheap!! I am sure they make good money, and to make sure they had plenty of drinks after their day of work, and clearing several plates, they should have some respect for their server!!
