The Rosettas were both very personable during the intro and order process. The standing seam roof was well installed (entirely by one man who seems to be their ""metal roof guy""). Two years later there have been no leaks. We love the roof and it has improved the look of our house. Only issues were that they were less courteous after the paperwork was signed. Dan did reply to certain detail requests, but did not respond to other requests...I know the messages or texts went through, but there was just no reply or acknowledgment. Also, when I asked them for a quote to install gutters (two years later) along another part of our house they declined because they said the job was too small. So now I need to find some other roofer to make gutters to match those that were made by Rosetta's?! After purchasing an expensive roof from Rosetta, I was let down to learn that I wasn't worth their time for a follow job. In my case, they seemed to prefer a one time, big ticket transaction, as opposed to a long term customer relationship.

Another EXCELLENT experience with Dan the and crew at Rossetta's Roofing !!!!

Dan re-roofed our other house many years ago and based on that experience we definitely wanted to use them again. Though the house we wanted to have them work on was a bit out of the area, Dan was glad to come take a look and take on the job.

The existing roof was an aging tar & gravel roof that was in dire need of replacement and quite some repair. Dan and the crew did an awesome job of tearing off the existing roof, correcting and fixing various issues with the exiting roof then putting on a beautiful standing seam roof - which will last for many many many years.

I've added 2 photos of the resulting Charcoal colored standing seam roof that was installed in the Rossetta's Roofing along with this review. What a great job and great looking roof - never have to worry about this roof for a very long time!!!

Thanks again to Dan and the whole Rossetta Roofing team for continually keeping us informed on the status of the roof throughout the entire project !!!

Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, great work. All words I would use to describe the satisfaction I received from hiring Rossetta Roofing. I had multiple estimates, most of which did not present me with a written estimate, some gave handwritten estimates, some promised to send me an estimate and never did. The same day Tony came to look at my job, he came back and hand delivered a package with pamphlets, samples, and a written estimate in a Rossetta Portfolio. That my friends is professionalism and definitely influenced my decision. The companies that gave me handwritten estimates (on plain paper, not on company letterhead) were ""big name"" regional companies. Rossetta does their own sheet metal work for vents, flashing, and gutters (multiple options). I highly recommend the ridge vents, which they also make. They were efficient, cleaned up everyday and did an excellent job. Dan, Shari, Tony, Jose and crew, well done. I don't give raving reviews very often.

I had my very old roof replaced recently and was so pleased with the outcome. Tony provided me all the necessary information to help me make decisions on what kind of roof to get as well answered all my questions throughout the whole job. The team did a great job with clean up after each day and on the completion of the project. I would highly recommend them.

Omg these guys are awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, insightful. We were in the middle of a remodel and needed some roof work. They came in took a look made recommendations, even noticed problems with the rest of the roof. And then scheduled and moved on the work within just a few days. Given that most other highly rated yelp roofers were slow to respond, Rossetta's impressed me and eased my mind. I got not only the remodeling work done but also got some long-standing roof related worries resolved. Thank you!

I have a great experience working with Rossetta's Roofing. They replace my aging roof with a new roof and recommend them.

When I started my roofing project, I looked at a number of roofers in the bay area. I picked Rossetta's Roofing because their pricing was competitive and because of their knowledge about the roof.

I worked with Tony Cardoso, was very happy with him, and recommend him. He took me through the various roof types and options, delivered samples to my house to help me choose, and served as an effective single point of contact through the process, including permitting.

Dan, Sherrie, and their Team are the BEST! I reached out to them over a year before I proceeded with my decision to hire and proceed with job. From the very first engagement, they were super professional and very informative and knowledgeable regarding roof work. They have clearly been in business for several years and it shows! Every conversation I had with Sherrie and Dan were very in depth and never did I feel rushed off or made to feel as though my questions were bothersome to them. Sherrie is a doll and she is also very knowledgeable in the field. She provided me with answers that she was certain of, and always followed up with Dan and the Crew if I had questions she was unsure of. After being in touch with her for maybe 3 months and in the midst of the start of COVID, our roof project went into motion! It was relatively smooth and we had a few unwanted discoveries as the tear off began, but because Dan and Sherrie were so through, we were prepared, dry rot and poor wood work from the previous owners of our home didn't scare us! We were ready for it, thanks to Dan and Sherrie! Our job took roughly 2 weeks from start to finish. The team was clean, neat, and very quick, often working on the hottest days this Summer! Our ADU unit and our Main Home turned out amazing, and even with the additional charges we incurred due to dry rot, they were still reasonable and beat all 5 of the other quotes we initially got! My neighbors have reached out to me to complement the job and request contact info for our roofers! We have provided them with great feedback and recommendations! Thank you again!

We had a great experience with Rossetta's Roofing from initial estimate to final inspection. They came out right away to estimate out the project, were very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and gave us a competitive bid. We selected them because we really felt like they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. And sure enough, they did! Every day they showed up on time or early, worked hard, and cleaned up the site. They did a great job communicating with us along the way. The project took the exact amount of time expected. We couldn't be happier with our new roof!

Dan Rossetta and his team just completed my new roof in San Jose. This is the second time I have worked with this company and they are outstanding in every way - professional, considerate, excellent communication with what is going on and when. I signed my contract with them in Sept., knowing that they and every other roofing company in the valley was booked out for months. In early Jan. they called to say they were ready to do my roof. They found that I had no insulation under the old roof and some dry rot. Charges to fix these were very reasonable. My new roof and gutters are beautiful. You will not be disappointed when you use this company for your new roof.

Don't understand this company. They called back a day after I left message, Tony was very good on the phone call, and he went out and looked over the proposed work within a day or two. Spoke to him afterwards and he said give him few days to work top the bid. Wait a week, call back and spoke to him again with same response, I'll have your quote done in a couple of days.

It's been over a month now, never received anything, gave job to another contractor who did not need any prompts to follow up properly. Can't say if their work is good or not, but I don't have time to waste or the patience to deal with a flakey business. I can live with the job doesn't fit our profile, we are booked out for 4 months, etc. Just be a man about it and do what you say you are going to do.
