I,ve been trying to get in touch with you about my roofing issue, the roof was done in 2019 in February,in February ,2021 we had high winds and I noticed that there were shingles missing, and been trying to reach Rosser for repairs and I have not been able to reach them. Funny thing is that a company by the name of Total Roofing Solutions, with Rosser phone number. Are they still in business?

to do the roof project on my house, Allison Long supervisor - Deborah Venable manager and Jami Mcmahon permit coordinator all they do is email me every month rescheduling my work. no materials no dumpster get deliver to my house. I called Rooser Roofing Solutions after I get a text from Deborah stating I no longer work there, when I called the number 386-626-2096 voicemail is stating the company is out of business.
Johnathan Rooser Please refund my payment so that I could get my roof repair.

Rosser simply will not complete warranty work on a project that was started during the warranty..This problem was caused by poor workmanship. If I could give them no star I would be happy.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am James McGuire

Rosser Roofing replaced my entire roof in 2015. I called them again in 2021 after I noticed a leak in my attic that was flowing through the walls into my garage. It had been going on for quite sometime apparently but got worse over time to leak down from my garage when I noticed it. After multiple calls that went unanswered I was finally told that the owner's brother - Michael - would show up to look at the leak. He showed up the next day, went on the roof and mentioned that the leak was due to a gutter issue and not covered under warranty. I believed him ( I had no reason to doubt as this was the owner's brother after all). He also mentioned that he is in touch with his brother (owner Johnathon Rosser) and he could fix the issue for $375. I agreed to pay and get it fixed. Two days later I woke up to a bigger leak due to Michael's shoddy job. I called him back and he mentioned that the decking and the barrier and shingles needed replacement. I offered him another $400 to fix that. I woke up 2 days later to a waterfall in my attic that messed up my master closet and the garage ceiling in a big way. Apparently Michael was an incompetent representative that Rosser chose to send to my house. He had no idea what he was doing. Rosser sent a more competent person to fix the issue a week later. Apparently Michael had not put any barrier, had left gaps in the decking, had exposed nails, and had cut shingles to make them fit in a haphazard manner. However, I incurred a damage of over $3000 to my house which Rosser is not paying as they are not taking any responsibility for Michael's work. Rosser Roofing Solutions is the entity I asked for service and they sent Michael to my house. I have not gotten the original $775 I paid to Michael back, and have not heard from Rosser on their plans to fix the resulting damage to my house. Please take some responsibility Rosser Roofing Solutions and own up to the damage your representative has done to my house.

I just wanted to leave a few words expressing how grateful my family and I are for Rosser Roofing Solutions. We experienced a house fire back in January of 2019 rendering our home unlivable. Unfortunately, we were uninsured at the time and weren't in a place to actually cover the repair cost.

After walking through our fire ravaged home and seeking God in prayer I strongly felt like God was impressing upon my heart to rebuild. REBUILD? I did not have the know how or the financial means. Yet, in spite of those handicaps we stepped out on faith and I am thankful we did.

The journey has been challenging, but not without reward. One of the greatest rewards has been seeing the Body (people) of Christ in action. I didn't know Jonathan or anything about his company. Yet upon learning of my families situation he and his staff stepped in to help.

Thanks to the generosity and assistance provided by Rosser Roofing Solutions Team we are one step closer to returning home. Shout out to Jonathan, and some of his team Richard, Daniella, and Ty. Thanks for everything thing you guys did to make our new roof a reality. The Roof looks great and is in better shape then it was before.

Rosser put a new roof on my house 4 years ago. After a very heavy storm we had some water come in at a corner of the house. I called and spoke to Daniella who told me she would have the area supervisor give me a call. Sam called me the next day and we set an appointment for him to stop by. Sam was on time, found the problem (at a skylight), went to Home Depot to get the necessary supplies and repaired my roof. I would recommend Rosser to friends and neighbors.

Stay AWAY from Rosser Catastrophe Services. Contacted me after storm damage to my roof. Turns out they do not do simple repairs but want to fight with your insurance company for a complete roof replacement.

Their guy installed 1 tarp on the day of inspection and didnt bring a tall enough ladder to install the second so had to send out another guy to do the other tarp. The 1st guy installed a blue tarp and it pulled up after only 2 days. At least the second guy did a decent job and installed a black tarp. Of course, I get a letter from the HOA starting that the blue tarp is a violation.

To add insult to injury, these jokers billed $425 for the installation of 2 tarps!!! How can you trust then to install a complete roof if they cannot install a simple tarp?!?!?!?
