After going back and forth on whether to go solar, Ross Roofing and Solar made the decision easy. They were professional and careful on our tile roof. They were respectful of my property. I was glad we decided to have them put the screening around the system to keep birds from making nests underneath. They calculated the right amount of panels - I barely have an electric bill now. It was a smarter value to buy the system outright instead of leasing too.
While they were on the roof, they noticed 2 broken tiles in a different area and brought it to our attention. RR was able to find the discontinued tiles! We were glad to have them take care of that as well.

So far, so good! Two weeks ago a raccoon tore into my old roof, so I have since received 5 estimates for a new simple roof on the small structure. Two bids were $5500 plus, one at about $3700 and one at $3350. with the last company explaining they could not give me a better bid than Ross. Ross was not the least expensive. However, their staff was friendly, respectful, efficient, professional and explained my concerns clearly. They understand time is of the essence, when you have roof damage in the rainy season.
One of their estimators visited the site quickly and sent an e-mail bid, within a few days. I was so pleased!
Ross was highly recommended by a few people. Scudder, the other highly recommended company had a 2-3 week appointment wait for an estimate. Williams had the best estimate and they did a great job with my last roof, but after talking with their estimator; I did not expect a bid. After contracting with Ross, I received the Williams bid in the USPS 5 days later.
My instinct was to accept the Ross bid, which I did and am happy with the decision to date. Will let you know, how it goes! Thank You!

Keith from Ross Roofing was great. I submitted a request through their website and got a response that same day and he came out and gave me an estimate within a week. I contacted nine other local roofing companies on that same day, only three responded at all and only two actually were able to give estimates within that month. Ross Roofing was able to complete the roof repair we needed quickly and cleanly.

We have a townhouse in San Juan Bautista and noticed recently a water stain on the vaulted ceiling.
The first roofer that we called wanted $250 to come out and just look at our roof.
Needless to say, that did not happen.
I called Ross roofing Keith Larson came out the next day looked at our roof, wasn't for sure where the leak may be coming from.
He did however find a questionable area where the paper was worn under the roofing tile. Cleaned the area, applied some roof cement and reinstalled the tile.
Although he was here for probably 30 minutes there was no charge.
He was clean professional courteous and I would highly recommend them based on our experience
