If you're ever looking for a great roofer (and you want to use a local company), I highly recommend Rosie's Roofing and Restoration. We had a tree limb put a small hole in our roof that we discovered over the weekend. Charlie responded to me on a Sunday morning and had someone out to fix it on the day / time I wanted. Many roofers would not have been so responsive on such a small job and it definitely gave us peace of mind to have it fixed so quickly. The technician showed up early and was done within an hour.

Management should endeavor to improve communication. I was told that in order to communicate with the man working at my home, I must call them, they would in turn call their interpreter to eventually relate all communication to the worker. This type of information chain always suffers in the process.

If you speak Spanish, this is a great company. If you don't, prepare for frustration.

They damaged our gutter, but we had no idea about the damage until they called us to schedule a time to come fix the gutter. Fast, reliable, and they understand the quirks of our old houses. Rosie's Roofing - Consumers Beware

Rosie's Roofing is excellent if u need a quick roof with no attention to detail. Also, if you have customer service concerns forget about it as this company is full of excuses of what they can't do. This company also cuts corners when it comes to quality of work. If your house is even all the way around then choose Rosie's Roofing. If you are requiring details & precision, please use another company. I am out of over $12,000 & now in search of a roofing company to complete the minor details that Rosie's Roofing is unable to do. Pick a roofer that can do it ALL. If you vents on your roof -- Rosie's Roofing & Restoration does not fix these, although it is part of the roof & covered by your insurance (that is if Rosie's Restoration didnt forget to put it on the paperwork for your insurance to approve & then cover it up by saying your dented vent looks fine. SMH....what kind of mess. Now I have to find someone to replace the second vent. This has been an exasperating process that I am going to just pay & get them out of my life forever. The reason for this review is to warn other customers & give my experience as one to make a good decision. If you choose them, I pray you have a better experience than I.

Honest, reliable, reasonable and really guarantee their work. We hired them to put Hardi plank siding on our house. They gave us a 15 year guarantee. There was a small problem that was really not their fault. But when the manufacturer would not fix it, they came back and fixed it at their own expense. That kind of responsiveness and responsibility is a rare find. They were reasonable, got the work done when they said, did it well, and even repaired an issue that was not their fault. Hire them!!!!

Rosie's Roofing did a brilliant job. The process was informative and smooth from start to finish. Charlie inspected our roof and shared a video showing problem spots (one being a few year old bullet from a gun), followed by a demonstration of materials and a detailed video on what to expect. His team came early in the morning, parachuted in like navy seals, and we had a beautiful new roof in a day.

A tree fell on our roof, and we chose Rosie's Roofing after getting several quotes for the repair. A week after the repair had been completed, a crack appeared in the ceiling below where the repair had been done. A home inspector informed us the repair had not been done to code and gave us an outline of what needed to be done to bring the repair up to code standards and prevent further cracking. When this was brought to the company's attention, their response was ""we'll send you a quote to repair the repair, and we won't charge you to repair the cracks."" We've never heard from them again, and two further cracks have appeared since.
