First contact with Roseville Roofing and Jeff Vogt went smoothly. After a few years and problems with the roof, RR & Vogt never returned a call. I know have problems with the roof they installed and not even a return call. I have called, left messages and texted pictures of the rotting roof and no response. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND JEFF VOGT OR ROSEVILLE ROOFING. I am now sending a complaint to the ROSEVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Money in hand and NO SERVICE. Typical business practice, take the money and run...SHIT SERVICE....

Wow! What an amazing company. I had a Leak appear in a bedroom ceiling on Christmas. Totally panicked and worried. I called Sunday and left a message for Roseville Roofing and was amazed that the owner, Jeff, called me back Monday morning and had his crew out before end of day. Not only did they fix the issue on the spot, Jeff went out of his way to explain everything and reassure me. I cannot applaud this company enough. They deserve 10 stars in an era where it is so rare to find companies with such integrity and customer oriented. Thank you Jeff and your crew!! I'll keep you on my speed dial for any future roofing issues!

We had a roof leak during a heavy storm and discovered we had a water intrusion into the house when we got up in the morning. I called Roseville Roofing and Jeff ( the owner) came out the same day. He took photos, did a temporary patch & seal initially and returned the following day with material to seal the roof enough to get us through the next series of storms. Once the weather cleared he replaced all the damage ( caused by squirrels) to the roof, installed an underlayment that was superior to the original one and
made all the repairs necessary to get us a water proof roof structure again. They also installed wire mesh to prevent the squirrels from getting back to their spot under our Spanish tile roof. They were quick, clean and very respectful of our property. The repair work turned out great and we are ready for the next round of storms. Roseville Roofing is now my permanent go to roofing company.

Jeff and his team were excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new roof. They arrived early each day and the project was done within the time and price quoted. They cleaned up the work area daily and made sure to pick up any debris/nails that had come down during the workday. We have had multiple compliments on our new roof. Jeff took the time to explain what our options were and what he recommended. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, fair and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

I can't say enough great things about Roseville Roofing! Jeff and his team were amazing to work with. Jeff is extremely professional and truly cares about the quality of the work performed. I seriously don't think he and his team could have done a better job! He was patient with the decision process, provided expert opinions and performed high quality work at a fair price. Having to replace a roof is not a highlight for most of us, but if you need to do it, you will be very happy using Roseville Roofing!

Jeff, and his team are an example of honesty and integrity! They got the job done at a fair price and are some of the nicest guys I have ever met! They worked hard, and even did several things that were not in the bid, at a very minimal price. The sheeting under my old roof had a lot of dry rot and was installed poorly, Jeff redesigned the roof, so I won't have these issues anymore. I am very grateful for his expertise and a job that looks fantastic!

Jeff and his crew were professional, showed up every morning, worked hard in the Folsom summer, and created a beautiful roof while not cutting corners. We had some unexpected dry rot and Jeff offered solutions keeping in mind any future resale considerations at a fair price. It's hard to find a reliable and honest contractor it seems these days, but I would trust Jeff with any future work and cannot recommend him highly enough. As a bonus, he was very responsive with questions and took the time to explain the process or any decisions that needed to be made.
