Their team was large and efficient so that the job was done in less than 1.5 days. The clean-up was very efficient and the roof looks great.

I just had my roof replaced and was dreading the mess and nails all over. These guys were amazing, they got it done in a day and a half and left my house almost cleaner than before. I only found a few nails. My neighbors took pictures, roof looks great, no issues so far with rain, they even pointed out spot where original flashing wasn't properly installed and fixed it. I am selling my three year old home. The buyer hired Rose to inspect the roof. He gave the buyer a $400 estimate to nail down some loose flashing. Since I need to get the repairs done ASAP, I used Rose but feel really gouged. A young man who barely spoke English spent 30 minutes on my roof. So $400 for half an hour of work: that is ridiculous. And it was just one guy doing the work. Might have been a little easier to swallow if they sent two people. My recommendation is to get at least 2 other estimates before hiring this company.

This experience was as GOOD as it gets! I am part of a 3 unit townhome and we all needed the roofs replaced. So there were 3 families asking questions and having issues all on ONE job. Ken was endlessly patient and his bid was clear and fair - his workers were polite, neat and worked non-stop. The work started and ended exactly as he had stated it would. The foreman even came in the house to check my attic and see if there were any gaps with vents. Ken came by the site several times during the job to check in with his workmen ( his permanent crew ). When the job was complete we all wanted to Tip the workmen but were told by Ken that they do not accept tips. Who does that?!! OK, so he won't allow a tip so I am going to give you readers one - ""TIP - Really consider this company for your roofing needs!""
