I recommend considering Rose Roofing for your roof job. I was pleased with the promptness of the company, especially the owner's. Quotes came within 24h, he was professional and courteous at all times, willing to answer every question and to help me select the product I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. Not pushy at all and no used-car salesman tactic: much appreciated! I originally wanted to simply repair my roof, but the comfort factor I got from Rose Roofing decided me to just go for a full replacement.
The installation was very fast and fairly good, and the clean-up afterwards was fair.
In terms of price, Rose Roofing was very competitive vis-a-vis other Owens Corning Platinum installers and extremely competitive compared to a similar non-Owens product. I am not sure if Owens has the best shingles out there.. (my research says that for sure they are not much worse than any other brand.. and in fact superior for both construction and warranty) but if you choose to use Owens, I'd seriously give Jonathan Rose a call at once.

Rose Roofing. We just had our roof replaced by Rose Roofing. I can not even begin to tell you how impressed we have been with this company. They were competitive, communicated through out the process, professional and the crew worked like a well oiled machine. Ours was a BIG messy job- aluminum roof over ok'd cedar shake- all had to come off, reseal and shingle. It was done in 2 days with an enormous crew. Started at 6:30 (yes in the morning) and stayed to well after dark. They are currently cleaning and sweeping. If you are looking for a roofing company, give them a call.

I used Angie's List and called Rose Roofing to take a look at a leak I had. It seems that the glue used at the base of each shingle to keep it from flapping up in the wind had come loose in a small area over the dinette area of the house (south side of the roof). So what was happening was that in driving rain with wind coming from the south the shingles would lift because of the wind and the rain would blow in under the shingles. Over time it was enough to create the leak I saw in my ceiling. He did a full inspection of the roof and didn't see this problem anywhere else. I got lucky this time because the leak stain area over the dinette table was only about the size of a half dollar. It may have taken a lot longer for me to notice the leak if it had not dripped a few drops of white sheet rock residue onto the dinette table. It was a quick fix for the tech to apply glue and solve the problem with very minimal cost. Two things worked in my favor, the young man who came out was the Company Founder's Grandson, so he was literally around roofers his entire life and wise about roofing way beyond his age. The second thing was that he was honest. They are an ""A"" in all of the categories with hundreds of reviews on Angie's List. Needless to say Rose Roofing contact info will be put into my Outlook Contacts and will be the roofer I go to again in the future if needed.

I interviewed a number of companies before choosing Rose. Not the lowest price, but certainly not the highest price. Reasonable pricing, and very prompt about return calls and questions. At the end of the job, there were some minor issues and owner, Jonathan, worked with me on them to a fair conclusion. I highly recommend this roofing company. I believe they are honest and work hard for their clients.

Discovered that we needed a new roof due to hail damage. Worked with our insurance to get that part handled and started looking for roofing companies. What I liked about Rose Roofing was their open and honest conversation about our roof. Other companies wouldn't give me a quote unless I showed them the insurance statement. That wasn't the case here. Jonathan came out, measured my roof, mentioned he was giving me two quotes, 1 standard and 1 deluxe, and also mentioned that he thought we'd need additional ventilation as our roof was essentially baking with lack of ventilation. I had the quote that same day via email with an extremely fair price. We were able to promptly schedule our roof installation for the following week and got a discount for scheduling so quickly. The workers arrived promptly at 7 am and got to work. They were wonderful, quick, and were exceptionally detail oriented. They were finished by 4 pm and made this entire experience extremely easy.

Rose Roofing was a great company to work with. We took several bids and though Rose wasn't the least expensive, they presented a thoughtful product with confidence. We placed our order during the peak roofing season, so we were a bit down on the list to be replaced, which was fine. When our day arrived, the crew delivered the supplies early in the morning and were done before I got home from work. The roof looked great, and they registered our roof warranty promptly. Couldn't be happier.

Rose Roofing is playing upon their family background, but they are just a high-volume contractor. Did not keep the site very clean, no introduction of a foreman on-site to coordinate with during the process, had to follow up with them to correct bent gutters, trash in neighbors' yards, cleaning up our stucco. Placed dumpster in driveway without even knocking on the door and allowing us to remove our car. Roofing work - assuming it was fine, but no review by a supervisor or owner's rep. Use companies with a personal touch - Rice Roofers, Paramount Roofing, etc. - I regret I did not. Jonathan just sells - then disappears.

Timely, professional, efficient and communicative. Would recommend to other home owners. Not necessarily the cheapest roofers around, but worth the extra cost. A few things needed to be touched up once the job was done and they did so immediately. I am confident that if there are any other issues in the future they'll be very helpful. Get a quote before hand and shop around - and Rose Roofing will stick out as the best.
