Rose Roofing is the best there is. They will honestly assess whether it makes sense to patch or replace a roof. Last week we saw a water stain on the ceiling in a house in Jersey Village. The roof is quite old and they could probably have sold us a new roof! But Rose Roofing just recommended a simple repair, and they got it done the next morning. When the time comes we will definitely hire Rose Roofing for our next roof.

Excellent service. Inspector was on time and I had an estimate before the end of the day. Once my insurance company denied my claim I called to set up the repair. The work was done two days later. I will call them again for sure.

Their team was large and efficient so that the job was done in less than 1.5 days. The clean-up was very efficient and the roof looks great.

I am selling my three year old home. The buyer hired Rose to inspect the roof. He gave the buyer a $400 estimate to nail down some loose flashing. Since I need to get the repairs done ASAP, I used Rose but feel really gouged. A young man who barely spoke English spent 30 minutes on my roof. So $400 for half an hour of work: that is ridiculous. And it was just one guy doing the work. Might have been a little easier to swallow if they sent two people. My recommendation is to get at least 2 other estimates before hiring this company.
