I was in need of a roofer for my rental property in Oxnard. I inquired several roofing companies in the area. They either failed to show for our scheduled appointment, were way too expensive (I did my research prior) or decided not to send me a written estimate even after visiting the property. I called Roque Roofing. Francisco went out, did the measurements and sent me a proper bid. After meeting with Francisco, I decided to go with him. The price was on par in what I estimated the cost would be and Francisco is the utmost professional, honest and trustworthy. He went over the contract thoroughly with me and I left our meeting feeling confident that I had made the right choice in choosing him. His crew was excellent and left no debris behind. I'm completely satisfied with the finished work and so glad I went with him. I will tell you right now, don't waste your time searching and going thru the hassle of interviewing other roofers. If you do, make sure Roque Roofing is one them. If I'm in need of another roof and know someone who looking for an honest company, I would recommend Roque Roofing.

Got a quote from many of the Roofers in Ventura County and they were all over priced. Roque was my last quote and it was the fairest of them all. Gave the job to Roques and within a week of starting they were finished. Removal, cleanup, inspection, new roof added and a final inspection. I can honestly say that I'm pleased with the job and workmanship. Best of luck Francisco.

I spoke to Francisco he came out gave us an estimate which was very reasonable compared to the other bids we got. He took the time to explain what we could do to fix our roof which I appreciate because alot of people don't really go over things like Francisco does. We set up an appointment and they came started the work and in 2 days I had a fixed roof. They also left everything very clean no debri and the roof looks amazing.
I would definitely recommend them they are honest, hardworking and very reliable.

Francisco and his crew are the best!!!..we had 6 bids and Francisco was the only one that kept in contact with me, he answered all my questions, they were on time, very clean and professional, kept me informed of any issues, had awesome suggestions, and went above and beyond of my expectations!..oh and they also installed solar tubes, so glad they did, wow what a difference! I wanted to write a review on Roques Roofing as we had an excellent experience. After obtaining many bids we decided on Roques Roofing after meeting with Francisco. His bid was very competitive and far from the most expensive, which included his insurance and license information, which we appreciated. We were impressed with Francisco and liked that he would be overseeing the project and had his own crew. They showed up when they said they would, were courteous and cleaned up each day before they left. They replaced broken rain gutters, added roof vents and made sure all visible vents and pipes were painted to match the roof beautifully. Francisco even installed a new skylight we had ordered, with no extra charge. We had a small concern about some flashing around one our windows and Francisco took care of it immediately. As an added bonus we decided to put a copper roof cap on our bay window, which Francisco and his crew expertly crafted. It looks amazing! I can't say enough good things about Roques Roofing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof and would use them again should the occasion arise. The roof looks beautiful!

Father and son and crew. Francisco (son) was my main point of contact for my roof remediation project for property in Santa Barbara. I had many bids (over 5), and the one from Roque's Roofing was the most reasonably priced for the scope of work. Of note, Francisco was the only one to inspect the actual roof and measure in order to give me his best offer up front. No hidden costs or unanticipated (except of course what no one can see under the tiles and paper till you get to it, which is clearly explained) extra charges. Through fire and floods, Roque's Roofing was on site from beginning to end and flexible with my painting crew. No breaks except on air hazard days due to smoke conditions or blocked roads. Except for undamaged tiles and wood, I now have a new fully permitted roof with gutters fixed and cleaned and a new rain chain. Just like new. What was best, was the active communication during the lifetime of the project. Highly recommend.

Francisco and Pablo did amazing work for us today. Quick response to request for inspection and bid. Job completed within a week. Thorough and cleaned up after the job. Will use them when it is time to replace the tar paper under our tile roof. Great service.

Francisco and the team at Roques roofing are phenomenal. Francisco came out and provided an estimate on the cost for a new roof on our home. He was one of four roofers that I contacted for an estimate. The range of estimates for the same scope of work blew my mind, some coming in twice as high as Francisco's estimate!

Francisco's team had all of the roof waterproofing complete in a very short turn around. We asked them to wait on the shingles since there was construction underway and people would be walking on the roof and we didn't want them to damage the shingles. Francisco was so patient with us and during the waiting time even stopped by to check on us when he knew rain was in the forecast. While checking on us, he was so sweet to even pitch in and help two of my guys hoist a large and heavy vanity to the second floor.

I highly recommend Roques Roofing for great value, quality service, and excellent customer service!
