To this point ive had a great experience with Rooster Roofing. They re-roofed my house in 2017. The price was fair and the services was good i even recommended them to my neighbor and a friend.

It is now 2024 and Ive noticed some paint bubbling at the crown molding and am trying to get them back put here to see whats going on. The roof is still under warranty. While an appointment was scheduled no one showed up. Ive since called a few times and have not received a response. I would hate to think they are intentionally ignoring my messages.

I will update my review further if I still dont receive a reply or they fail to honor my warranty

YOU WON'T FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST ROOFER THAN CHARLIE OF ROOSTER ROOFING!! He just inspected the roof of my apartment bldg and told me it was still in good shape and would not need work for another 10 years. Its as important to be told what you don't need to do as it is what you do need to do. Thank you again Charlie!! Lou

I contacted them to get someone out to take a look at a leak in my home. I was able to schedule something quickly and when I needed it to be. That was awesome seeing that it just rained more then like ever before. When the roofer arrived. He was very dismissive. He didn't let me explain what the problem was and tried to tell me I just needed to buy some sealant and do it myself. I asked how much could his company do it for he said minimum $700. I said ok if I want to schedule that should I just let you know. He said you don't need me to do it. I'm not a roofer nor do I want to do something like that which is why I called him. I called another roofing company which came an properly assessed my roof and let me know what the problem is. So frustrating that this company didn't even want to hear the issue or check out what was going on. Why did he even bother coming?

Rooster Roofing just finished replacing a very old roof on our hillside house and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. From the initial consultation and estimate to clean-up, they were super-responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The owner, Charles Kang, visited our house and gave us an estimate right after we contacted him, and of the 4 bids we received, his was the best. He's very friendly and was always available to answer questions and make additional trips to our house as we finalized the job, choosing fire-resistant, energy efficient shingles, low-e radiant barriers, solar-powered attic fans, etc. The foreman, Tulio, and his crew were equally great. Our house is older with some odd additions, plus it's on a hill, making it a challenging project. Tulio went out of his way to help us select the best color for our shingles and address every question or concern we had about the work in progress, making it an enjoyable process for us. They were also very flexible with scheduling, taking a last-minute 2-day hiatus after demo-ing the original roof so we could have the entire attic vacuumed and re-insulated. We now have a beautiful, much more fire resistant new roof and a much cooler house interior thanks to Rooster Roofing. We give them our highest recommendation!

Our ceiling had a leak that turned into a full-blown hole. Our HoA (after repeated communications) connected us to Rooster Roofing, who arrived promptly within 24 hours to identify and resolve the issue:

They found that clogged gutters prevented proper water drainage thereby leading to the rain water seeping into our neighbor's unit and then into our own.

They resolved this by removing leaves and Tarping the impacted areas to prevent further rain water from leaking into our already damaged home. More amazingly, they went the extra mile by covering cracks in our stucco, which was also letting water in.

Shoutout to Sarah, the coordinator, and Julio and his roofing team. Definitely recommend contacting them before anyone else.

I found Rooster Roofing on google about 2 weeks ago. and in 1 week I hired them to replace 3 roofs at 2 different properties. I love how they service from the City of Los Angeles, all the way to the San Fernando Valley. That way i can use 1 company for all my properties. I appreciate how fast they work and their great pricing. I would suggest them to work a little better on the communication between each other however, speaking to Charlie has been a great pleasure and whenever i speak to him it really helps the process run a lot smoother and faster. I have been looking for a new roofing company since we do a lot of flips and have a lot of rentals and i now found my new go to company

This company is absolutely the worst!!!! They promise you the world and when they come they make up every excuse why they won't honor their price and try to gouge your for more $$$. They also delay things putting you in a bind so you will conceded to whaterver they want you to do because you dont want rain to come into your house!
