I called Roosevelt to do an inspection on my roof after a storm that had taken down our back fence and they found enough damage to claim the insurance company to replace the roof that had extensive damage; The insurance company responded that there was no reason to replace the entire roof and they approved making only a small repair to the roof and replacing the fence. The Roosvelt team took care of the entire process with the insurance company for us, until they approved the total replacement of my roof including the Fence, an excellent company, professional and always attentive to help us. Experts in dealing with insurance companies.
After almost a year of replacing the roof, we had a small leak and they immediately sent someone out to fix the problem. 100% recommended.

We hired Roosevelt General Contractors to replace a flat roof on a condominium complex. Within a month the roof was leaking and after 3 years we now have to replace the entire roof. We have had an engineering report prepared which indicated we needed to replace the roof after 3 years. We had a large percent of our condominium units report leaks and several had a portion of their ceilings collapse. It has been a nightmare for us and I we would not recommend them for any roofing project.

Roosevelt G.C. will be replacing my roof through my home owners insurance. The work has not started yet but so far they have been great.
