Recently we had our condo roof replaced by RoofWorx, Donnacha Donnelly specifically. As a PG&E expert logistical planner, I can safely say these guys executed the job at a top-tier standard . They worked around our budget given that the roof needed additional drainage systems to properly disperse water off the roof . Honestly I highly recommend these guys for any commercial roofing needs you have and Donnacha specifically for the way he managed the entire project .

Eduardo is an excellent employee for your company. He really listened to what the issues were on my job and he fixed and repaired most of the fascia boards that were out of alignment to the best of his ability. He put filler as needed, grinded, and painted.
He took out three of the ill fitted boards, re-cut new holes and installed pieces making that section of my home right. He added value and quality to the job.
Have to say, glad to have him around working on my house.
Kindly, give Eduardo the recognition he deserves for fixing up most of the flaws on this job.

Well, I just had a visit from the contractor (Donnacka) whom I wrote a bad review and I spoke with him and he was very apologetic about the experience I had with him and asked what he could do to help us with any roof issues.
I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and we spoke about the misunderstanding and his concerns.
He was under the impression that the rotted Facia/ trim was due to termites.
I had no idea that was his impression because he didn't mention it during the assessment.

So, I told him that that was the first thing we had was a complete termite inspection to determine if that was the cause but it wasn't. We didn't have a termite problem at all,
It was actually wood rot from not using the correct outdoor paint on the wood trim of our home. That was a learning lesson!8

So I do appreciate him coming out to see how he could correct the bad review, but the work has been done by my contractor and son and now my roof is good.

But I probably won't hire this person as I've seen and received very honest roofing companies opinions and estimates that I felt were a little more thorough with their estimates and honesty!

During the heavy rain on Feb 12-13 the ceiling of my living room started leaking. I had to scramble a lot to find a good provider to fix my roof. Roofworx, Donnecha to be specific, was very responsive. He did a free assessment and gave me a competitive quote. After I accepted the offer, it took them 2 days to come and fix the issue. Since I have concrete tiles, the total cost was more than I expected but all in all I am very happy with the repair. Donnecha's been very helpful. He also did a water test at the end of the work.

The quote was fair and they had good availability to get started and we went with the replacement roof which included 5 skylights and took just under 3 days. Donnacha and his crew were professional, respectful, dependable and left the place spotless when they were done. Replacing a roof is an unpleasant task to face but Donnacha made it smooth and seamless. We really appreciate the work and are glad we chose them.

Mike, the actual project manager, will inspect and clearly explain exactly what they will do and proceed to do it promptly. Super nice and with a CLEARLY written proposal listing the exact items that need to be completed. We all know how hard it is to find a contractor for home repairs- the level of quality, service and communication can vary so much. Mike and ROOFWORX, scheduled the estimate, completed replacing our roof in 3 working days. The next day they completed the inspection and handed me the papers. I wasted a week getting other quotes- so stop wasting time and call ROOFWORX FIRST.

This is one of the BEST done home projects that I have done on our house. I would not hesitate to use ROOFWORX again and call Mike. Clear and a complete list of items quote. Even the price was ballpark right. But what matters most is how clear and timely everything was done. I could text Mike anytime and he would respond in a few minutes. Try that with your other contractor. They promised the work completed in 3-4 days and they did it in 3.

Save your time looking and call them FIRST. Mike will inspect, clearly provide a detailed written listed item estimate, and complete the work for you. CLEARLY.

You only want to know if they can do the job and do it well- Roofworx and Mike can do it. I am trying to save your time. Thanks Mike and Roofworx for as pleasant a roofing project can be. They even clean up at the end!
