I got a letter from my insurance company saying they were going to cancel my insurance because they had done a drone inspection of my roof and it showed it had moss and other issues. I tried contacting a few other roof companies to get help with this, and none of them were reliable. I got ghosted on one appointment, and others didn't even return my calls or emails. Then I found Roofworx! They responded quickly to my request for quote, and were able to come out and fix all the issues with my roof. Communication with the main office was great, and our Project Manager Mike was really knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thank you Roofworx, I will definitely be back for all of my future projects.

Doing business with Roofworx was fantastic. Sam, the project manager, was great to work with. He showed up 20 minutes after our initial communication. Roofworx gave me a detailed estimate, explaining everything thoroughly and the figure was very reasonable. Sam kept in communication with me through the permit process and the job was started in a week.

Eduardo and his crew showed up on time and were very professional and respectful of my property. They finished the job on time and on budget. Both Sam and Eduardo maintained a good line of communication with me throughout the job, explaining the process and answering all my questions.

A full roof replacement is a stressful time for a homeowner. The people at Roofworx made it as good of an experience as it could be. They far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Roofworx and am very grateful to Sam, Eduardo and the whole crew.

Vlad came out right away for a pressing situation and Mike and Angel were able to do the work at the weekend and beginning of the next week. He offered a thoughtful explanation of what was needed after inspecting the roof and taking pictures. He did not agree with other advice we had received regarding our slate roof and he was right. He was honest about parts of the roof which would need replacement in about 5 years and gave us the option to decide what to do while the scaffolding was up. Vlad and Daria were accessible by phone during the week and weekends and afterhours. They provided a written report upon completion which we were able to show the insurance company. We would use Roofworx again.

They were out two days later to get started and knocked our project out in a single day. After obtaining quotes from three other roofing companies, we selected Roofworx based on their positive Yelp reviews. The project involved replacing our severely rotten fascia board. On the first day, two workers braved the heat to remove the damaged wood all day long. We were extremely satisfied with the final result; they did an excellent job.

First, my project was not just a ""simple"" roof. 2 companies already wasted my time with that they could do this, came out, and later said they couldn't. I wanted a capability and company that knew what type of project I had. After 8 interactions trying to schedule an appointment, I gave up. They could not commit to an appointment time for me after this many interactions... they are lost in how to communicate. So a NON STARTER for me. Maybe they could do the work, we'll never know. It was lost with their coordinator, which is why the low rating.
