I have a 7 year workmanship and 10 year material warranty on my carport that is now leaking into my house. I have called and left messages 4 times with Roofworks Hawaii at 808-247-5243 with no response, as my roof continues to leak. For obvious reasons, I do not recommend this company as I've received poor customer service and their warranties are not upheld.

Never having had a roof replaced before, we weren't quite sure what to expect. So it was reassuring to have our ""hands held"" all the way from day one when Sam Wilhoite talked to our insurance representative for us to Steve the foreman on the job answering all our questions and leading a professional group of workers to the president of the company, Rick, calling us to follow up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had heard nightmare stories about roofers. Roofworks Hawaii Inc. were dream workers in comparison. They were courteous, hard-working and tried hard not to leave any mess behind even though re-roofing is by nature a very messy job. They even helped us place plastic over our furniture inside the house. The best part was there are no more leaks! We couldn't be more pleased with the job well done. And, we couldn't have done it without you. MAhalo to the entire Roofworks team!

Roofworks Hawaii is very lucky to have Sam Wilhoite on there crew. Sam gives you a roof inspection and shows you pictures of the hail damage to your roof, we had alot especially to our skylights! He stays with you from the beginning to the end of your project, very professional, and walks you through the insurance paperwork and keeps it hassle free. Mahalo!

Roofworks Hawaii's hail damage experts are really great. They come out and with a simple roof inspection, they can tell if you've had hail damage... and if you do, they'll help you through the insurance process which will get you a nearly-free new roof. No pressure, really nice guys and great workmanship.
