I am a woman and a homeowner in my 70's. It is always challenging to have home repairs done. Recently, I contacted 5 roofing companies to repair leaks in 2 sides of my roof angling towards each other with a leaking valley in between. Unfortunately, fear and intimidation were part of the solutions and estimates - ranging from yelling at me that ""I need a whole new roof"" when the roof is only 5 years old to telling me "" I need to sell my house!""
I then decided to go out of my area and contacted Rooftoppers, Inc. in L.A. Armando answered and could sense my frustration. In a calming manner, he reassured me that he could remedy the situation and at a fair price.
Victor arrived the next day for an appraisal. He also had a calm and trustful manner. Armando sent 3 of his best roofers, finishing the job in 1 1/2 days and concluded with a 3-year warranty. Rooftoppers exhibited honesty, integrity, and good workmanship without extreme solutions!
Rooftoppers proved that it is not just the transaction but the whole experience that makes a job professional!

We have had a chronic leak in our flat roof.
After several attempts at ""patching"" over the past few years, we decided to get the professionals to take a look. Fernando came out and provided us with a repair plan. The quote was reasonable and there was no delay. I was provided photos of the work in progress which was very nice since the roof is not visible from the house. I could verify the work performed. I was promised a two year warranty which is fair since he was repairing someone else's work.
Overall, extremely pleased. I am confident if we do leak again, Rooftoppers will be there for us.

This is an awful company. They built a new 12,000 square foot roof for our condo building. The roof leaked during the first rains of the season. Pooling after rains was awful - as much as 6 inches in low spots. They did not slope the roof so the rainwater flows to the gutters. Instead, water pools in numerous low spots throughout the entire roof. They refused to redo the roof or take any responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. We spent well over $100,000 for a new roof and after multiple patches and repairs totaling tens of thousands of dollars over the last few rainy seasons, we are once again in the position of having to replace our roof. Stay away from this company!

Rooftoppers re-roofed our condo in 2011 and we have been having major leaks, which started to occur after a few years. They have come out to repair the roof but we're still having issues.
After the last rain, several units had major leaks. Our management company has called and left them several messages. No return phone calls. I would stay away from this company. Their customer service is horrible.

Roof Toppers are GREAT! Paul guided our decisions with detailed explanations of where we should put our money and why. He was not pushy. His workers are professional and tidy while providing quality work. They continually cleaned up after themselves. Mistakes from past roofers were corrected. The job was even finished early! Our roof looks beautiful and no longer leaks. We would use him again in a hearbeat.

Very disappointing :{
I called to set up an estimate at my home for roofing needed, and was told by a pleasant sounding man that they would ""Get back to me in a few days to set up the time"" (why he couldn't do it right then and there, I don't quite know).
A week went by with no phone call from them, so I tried again. This time I got an apologetic sounding different man, who said they would really call me on a specific date to set up the time to come check my roofing needs. They, once again, did not call me. Guess they are just flaky, or so busy, they don't need any more work! Oh, well. Lots of other competent companies...

I usually dread having work done at my house because aside from having to clean up the mess people usually leave behind, things often get broken. But with Rooftoppers, this was not the case at all! They were polite, clean, and professional. They brought their own brooms and hauled away all of the debris rather than filling up my own trashcan (as others have done in the past). This is the easiest company to work with and their quality is top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Our first experience with replacing a roof was absolutely fantastic. The Company president, Paul Klein and his roofing team were all
very professional,from reviewing the project, working with us on selection of materials, old roof removal and placement of new tiles.
They kept us informed on their progress and finished on time, as they promised. They did a wonderful job and the roof is absolutely beautiful. We never thought we would be excited about a roof, but we are. It was gratifying to see the pride the roofing team took in their work, and the care they exercised in doing the work. This is kind of a lost art. They had previously replaced the roof on the house across the street from us, and seeing their work on that job convinced us they were the people to use on our roof,
