Con Artist, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are not a roof repair company, what they do is sub contract the work out to unlicensed workers who made a bigger mess of my roof, this is MIAMI and you know the roof crooks out here. This company only puts a band aide on your roof, lol unprofessional, not real roofers, beware, he will say "" I need to repair something before he even knows exactly what the problem is, so he fixes something on your roof that didn't need fixing, in which causes another problem, he doesn't honor his warranty, it took this company a month after many storms for this company to come and try to fix my roof, till this day IT STILL LEAKS!!!! YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM GOING TO DO!!! Lol BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD ROOF COMPANY

Stumbled upon these guys on here as I was looking for a local company to address my roof situation. They took aerial pictures and footage with a drone to make it really easy for me to see what was going on, and the solution they offered was very competitive and included a great warranty. We were in urgent need for a reliable roofing company as our investment property got a leak and needed the repair ASAP. The extra problem was to find a contractor and get the work started remotely as we couldn't be there by ourselves.

We got a couple recommendations from Facebook groups and decided to reach out. One company had great reviews and looked legitimate but they were booked for the following 2 weeks. We couldn't wait for this long. The second recommended company was Rooftop Tech.

I was initially skeptical because they had very few reviews on Yelp and I really like to rely on Yelp when it comes to finding something trustworthy. At the same time the company came well recommended, so we decided to give it a try.

They responded to my request pretty quickly and were able to send someone to estimate the costs on the same day. That was a weekend, so I was really grateful they were able to do that.

The estimate came on the same evening and the numbers looked well within our budget. They offer one year warranty on their service, so I was relieved that we won't have to pay again if something happens to the part they repaired. I also liked the fact that they are licensed and insured.

We were able to sign the contract the next morning and they came the day after to start the repairs. Turned out that only a small part of the roofing had to be replaced, hence the project was completed on the same day. I was pleased to receive pics of the work in progress and when it was finished, so it was almost like I was there to watch it happen.

They also gave me a recommendation on a contractor who could do some quick interior painting to remediate the consequences of the leak.

I'm so excited we decided to use Rooftop Tech for the roof repair. It turned out to be such a pleasant experience and the most important thing - the roof is fixed and not leaking! All in just 3 days.

Had a great experience with Rooftop Tech. They were very responsive on Thumbtack but also via phone/text throughout the entire project. Jonathan (estimator) was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Eugene and Olga (office) were also very friendly and prompt. They kept me updated throughout the project with statuses and pictures. Dwight (roofer) was very professional, friendly and efficient. I would absolutely hire Rooftop Tech again and recommend to others.
