Had 5 contractors come out and give estimates for new gutter installation. Finally came across Rooftop roofing and remodeling company and spoke with Bob who was the sales rep. Bob Came out right away gave me an estimate. Even though I found 2 other contractors who were less in cost we decided to go with Rooftop roofing remodeling company due to all the positive reviews we read. I would highly recommend this company to anyone because even after a mix up on paint color for downspouts this company still came out and took care of it and brought the color my wife liked since she was not available during our walk thru. I highly give this company 5 stars.

Avoid at all costs. Bob comes through the neighborhood and we eventually had him in our home, where he showed photos of completed work, warehouse full of materials on hand, and prided himself on the company being owned by a veteran who also owns drury hotels in San Antonio. We were so excited and gave 60% up front.
We ended up working with three different companies (rooftop roofing and remodeling are contractors and nothing more) each of those companies, concrete slab, patio construction, and electric did not know about all of what bob told us we would be receiving. This project went on for over 6 months when we were told we would have a patio in 8-10 weeks. I understand material delays but at the end of the day it was much more than that and this company has terrible communication. I would never do this again.

I would have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We signed the contract in April and work was just completed last week, mid-December. It was a constant battle to get them to do the work and when it was done, it was poor quality.
Again, a constant battle to get them to come out and fix the errors. The concrete slab had to be redone three times due to poor quality, placement of the posts had to be redone because they were not symmetrical, and we had to call them back multiple times to fix leaks in the patio cover. We even had a situation where one of the contractors was yelling at his workers and throwing ladders. We had to ask that this particular guy not come back. In the end, the patio was not delivered to our expectations, concrete slab has one area with a different color of concreate and because of how they had to fix the concrete we lost height on the patio. This company is one of the higher priced ones. We went with them because we thought the price would reflect work ethic and quality. We were wrong.

I found this company after searching for a patio cover on Home Advisor and Angie's List and getting multiple quotes from others. None gave me a lower estimate than Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling. I was able to work directly with the owner to finalize the plans, payment, and any additional concerns for my project. In addition, their sales team to include administrative assistants in the office were great to work with when detailing the scope of work. Contracting crew was on time for the 2-day project, completed the work and cleaned up completely when it was done. My new patio cover is beautiful and exactly what I asked for!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them!

I found Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling through Angie's List. I needed gutters installed, the sooner the better, as recent rains and poor drainage had started to erode the soil protecting my home's foundation. I had lined up three companies to come out to my home and do measurements and estimates. I didn't even wait for the third estimate. Bob S. with Rooftop Roofing showed up on time, listened carefully to my needs, explained the measurement process, explained the company's products versus various competitors and the associated costs and advantages and disadvantages of each product, drew out his gutter installation design concept and calculated with me the cost of the project, and even spent time making sure we had a perfect paint match to the existing paint on my house. I immediately felt like Bob and the company had my best interest at heart (and I'm a skeptic by nature). I signed the contract immediately. 24 hours later, the installation crew was at my house, led by Jeffery, who was efficient, professional, and thorough. A few hours after that, I had a gutter system installed, paint perfectly matched to my home's existing trim, and complete with oversized downspouts to account for the infrequent yet torrential rains we sometimes get here in San Antonio. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the work they do, and the bang for the buck.
