We had a leaky roof that needed the replacement of the underlayment. Overall, the project took 8 days from demo to final inspection which took on average 3 crew members to do. We selected Rooftek because of the high ratings on yelp and also the quote was very fair. Tomas was very communicative and answered any questions I had during the process.

Scheduling was very tricky though because of the holidays but that is very understandable. They also seem to be in high demand so what you anticipate to start may not be when they could start work. But they are high demand for a reason right?

Another thing we did was get a magnet roller to attract any nails that have fallen to the ground. The crew tries to clean up the debris and are organized but it is hard to find all the fallen nails with the naked eye. But overall, I would recommend Rooftek.

I had to reroof my house and searched several companies prior to deciding on RoofTek. I selected rooftek because of David's prompt response and the company's high rating. Regardless of how many texts I sent him or how early/late I bother David, he gets back to me immediately.

Had a good experience with RoofTek. My second floor balcony needed a new waterproof coating. I contacted RoofTek for a bid, who ended up as the successful bidder, and they completed the project at the end of September. Tomas and his team did a great job. This month, December, I noticed an area on the deck that needed some rework and contacted Tomas. He promptly sent his crew back and they fixed the area and you couldn't tell there had been an issue. The service provided by Tomas and his team was excellent and I certainly appreciated the quick response to address the issue I had.

We had been dealing with a ceiling leak on and off for two years . We had a roofing company come out two years ago to look at our roof and address the problem. We were told that some tiles needed to be replaced and it wasn't a big deal. The problem was solved for a short time.
Last Winter/Spring during heavy rains, the same spot began to leak. I contacted a different roofing company on the recommendation of a friend and they told me they would get back to me in several weeks. The rainy season was over so I did not mind waiting. After several months of waiting and finally no response, I decided to look elsewhere. I researched local roofing companies and was very impressed with the reviews for Rooftek & Waterproofing Systems-Orange County so I contacted them and immediately saw the difference. From the get go, they were responsive, communicative and professional. They scheduled someone to come out within a few days to assess the problem. I have a 26 year old roof so I was waiting for them to tell me I'd need a new roof, but luckily that is not what happened. Tomas came out as scheduled and looked at the problem area and the entirety of my roof and assured me that my roof was in good shape and that he saw the cause of my problem, which was a very common problem in roofs like mine. Tomas assured me that my roof could easily be fixed. The difference with Rooftek, besides their professionalism was, that they explained what needed to be done, showed me photos and explained in detail how they would fix the problem in language that made sense to a lay person. Additionally, Tomas also said that he saw another area that might develop the same problem in the future and gave me two estimates: one to fix the leaking area and one that included cleaning out and sealing other potential problem areas. There was no pressure to do anything else other than what I contacted him for, but I appreciated the information about recommended routine roof maintenance to avoid future problems. I chose to do the repair, maintenance and a gutter cleaning. I was given a very detailed estimate that I felt was very fair and I scheduled the work. I thought I might have to wait weeks to get on the schedule from my past experience with two other companies, but to my surprise, Tomas and David were able to schedule the work within a few days. There was constant communication about what to expect, the crew showed up when expected, were polite and worked continuously until the job was finished. There were no surprises and the crew cleaned up meticulously before leaving. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Rooftek, Tomas and David to anyone. I could not be happier and they made what I thought was going to be a difficult process, easy and pleasant. I sincerely wish there were more business owners who treated their customers so well.

Would like to share my positive experience with Rooftex. I found this company do to I was doing plumbing service to one of my customers and Rooftek was also doing a repair in the roof and noticed that he's also on yelp after reviewing the positive reviews I decided to call them from the beginning my experience was excellent from scheduling our service to the installation but need to say the one thing that really impressed me was when they went to my house and provided a honest estimate and from that moment I new I was dealing with a company with integrity. We just went through a major project of reroofing after putting it off for too long. Asphalt shingles layered on top of wood shingles had to be removed, and we installed concrete tiles with plywood decking. I had gotten multiple quotes and Rooftek's was very competitive.
