Go with RoofTek. Tomas, David, and Arturo are all responsive, professional, and above all, the crew did superior quality work to repair leaks on my roof. I have dealt with many contractors over time, but Tomas is the best - he was flexible on cost, kept me informed and returned messages. Lastly, Arturo and his crew answered all our questions and completed the quality work on time. The post-cleanup was excellent; I couldn't even tell there was roof work done. Recently, I had a repair completed on my roof by RoofTek. While the job was not major, it was somewhat complex in that it dealt with a leak around the flashing of the fireplace chimney that was of stone built back in 1923.

The completed job looks great and I anticpate will take care of the problem for years to come. Both David and Tomas were very professional, punctual, and handled the job without delay or hazzle. I should note, that I had David look at another area on the roof that I had concerns with in the way it was previously installed . Rather than to try and up sell me on unnessary work, David instead told me the installation was fine and no further work was needed. Needless to say, I appreciate David's honesty. Consequently, I will in the future use this company for any other roofing repairs that I need and suggest that my friends do as well.

We recently had to repair our roof due to leakage. I reached out to several companies to get quote. David came out and provided the quote immediately, his price was the lowest so I proceeded with RoofTek and I am so glad I did. David was super responsive and got back to me immediately via texts. We wanted to repair our roof before the rain and they were able to come out right away for the repair. On repair day, 2 people came out and finished the job in speedy manner. Once they were done, they cleaned all the debris before leaving. David provided me with the pictures of the job and it looked very well done. Tomas's crew worked quickly and thoroughly to repair four areas on our roof in one day. We had to give a little direction on the location of the leaks since the guy who came out to inspect for the quote was not with the work crew. But once we gave them a map, they got right to work. One area was extensively damaged, more than was apparent on the initial inspection, and they had all the materials and equipment needed to fix it on the spot without charging more than their initial good value quote. It began raining heavily about 15 minutes after they finished and so far, no leaks. We would recommend!

I had a unique problem with a large skylight and wanted some advice on how to fix it. We discussed several solutions, and although his prices were reasonable, he was honest and suggested that it would be more cost-effective and quicker if I handled it myself. Although I didn't end up using his services, he was the only contractor out of four who went on top of the roof with me to inspect the situation and spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the options.
