I have only left one review in my life because I've never really thought it was worth the effort, but today, I am leaving my second...A gentleman in our area responded to my call for a roof estimate to replace it with metal. I called...he answered...(1st shock)! 2nd shock was the fact that he came EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD....gave us a bid that same afternoon after explaining what he would do and what materials he would be using. After accepting his bid later in the week, he set me a date for the work to begin. It happened exactly that way! There was one trim piece that he said he had to get and he would send someone back from the crew to finish it the next day. Sure enough, when I pulled upI to the house THE NEXT AFTERNOON, there was a bright red truck in the drive and two workers working away on the piece of trim. I really thought they wouldn't bother coming back for such a small thing!! (Shock number 3).
Not only was the area pristine, but the roof looked AWESOME!!! It has been a VERY long time since I have seen such professionalism! This WHOLE team deserves TEN stars! Thank you all for your hard work, but even more so for your amazing work ethic!!

When my brother needed a roof fixed due to leaks he came to me. I reached out to Roof Tech Solutions. One thing I liked the most was dealing directly with the owner instead of some salesman in which I have had bad experiences in the past. Toby came out and met with me and my brother directly. After evaluating the roof he identified that the leaks were caused by storm damage. He offered us a repair price but suggested we make an insurance claim and have an adjuster come out so we did. He met with the adjuster and they both agreed the roof needed to be replaced due to storm damage. The amount my brother had to pay for the deductible was far less than what he would have had to pay for a repair and we used those savings to pay for an upgraded roof. In the end, Toby did an amazing job from start to finish making sure my brother was taken care of. The new roof looked great and I am 100% satisfied with how easy the whole process went.
