Needed front half of my roof replaced. Got some quotes and Rooftech was one of them. James came out to take a look and could have charged me for work I was told I needed. OUTSTANDING Roofing With Solar - My Electric Meter Now Reverse!

My roof had a few leaks so we price checked various roofing companies. SolarTech Energy offered the best price and they also subcontracted Solex with quality Solar Edge solar panel system. The first day five workers showed up removed all old roof tile, removed rotted roof wood and replaced with new wood panels underneath. Some lattice were in bad rotted condition; the roofers replaced ALL the lattice matching up beautiful to the wood frame underneath. All wood primed and painted; just beautiful color match!

This company professional utilizing a lift truck to send up the roof tiles and five experienced workers on the roof to expedite the job. A very nice surprise; low profile dark brown metal vent panels were added by first removing strategic locations of wood panels; my attic can now ventilate hot air cooling down the home. New dark brown metal drip edge all the way around and underlayment liner installed and topped with quality Cambridge Roof tile; we picked Aged Redwood color.

The Solar crew came by the following week; had to wait for city paperwork to clear. Solex Solar Energy installed Canadian panels that have a 25 year warranty. These panels durable compared to other brands and are rated at over 80 percent efficiency at the 25 year mark. Since I went a third more output (16 panels total) then my usage; expect even decades later will never pay for electricity again other then a small monthly fee using power company as my battery storage! Just look at the picture of my meter on cloudy day; it is going backwards! Expect a rebate check at the end of the year which I can rollover to next years electrical usage.

The city building inspector approved completion of the construction; all they required were additional warning signs stating hot power leads from solar panels. Solex installed the red signs on breaker box during the inspection which passed with no issues. Expecting the power company Email in a few days acknowledging that they will be getting solar roof power not my paycheck; Ha!

We needed a roof and we needed it ASAP. I had five roofing companies come out to look at the roof but when we met James he was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable ,we decided to go with James and rooftech. The work was perfect we got done in a matter of two days the work crew were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks awesome. I was very pleased but the best part of it was we didn't have to give an arm and a leg for this so I feel like I need to tell my friends and neighbors that rooftech will give you the best deal and the best product at the best price.

I needed to find a few roofing companies for quotes to put a new roof on our home. The only company I had a quote from couldn't do the work until May and didn't seem particularly concerned with helping me get the work scheduled. I found Rooftech through Home Advisor and James was at my house the next day. He provided an estimate I could afford and the final cost of the new roof was what he quoted originally- which is usually not the case. The roofing team did great work and were finished with the job in two days just as planned. The ""above and beyond"" was when James helped us get connected with another company that retiled two of the floors in our bathroom the cost of what we were quoted to do one of our bathrooms and the work was outstanding. I really don't think you can go wrong with James and Rooftech. Give them a call, ask for James, and let me know if my review is off.
